You can filter out your prospecting easily by Sort of their Industry, Company's Revenue & Exployee Size.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing tool to find leads and details of executives from top companies. The emails and contact details provided are accurate which is best. As it helps us to reach out to them directly. It is easy to use and has vast variety of data present
What do you dislike about the product?
The trial plan is very short and allows to check only 10 emails which is very less compared to competitors. The customer sales team is also painful as they keep disturbing the user.

It helps us find leads and reach out to potential clients and partners. The product is really helpful to find emails for marketing and sales. The platform provides high quality info and leads helping business a lot.

ZoomInfo gives access to a large and regularly updated database of companies and contacts. I like how I can filter leads based on industry, job title, location, and other criteria, which makes prospecting faster. The contact information is usually accurate, and it helps save time when building lead lists

Honestly, the accuracy is what stands out for me. I don’t have to second-guess whether an email or phone number is real. That kind of reliability makes outreach way smoother and keeps my bounce rates low.
What do you dislike about the product?
f I had to pick something, I'd say the pricing can feel a bit high, especially for smaller teams or startups. Also, while most of the contact info is spot-on, you do run into the occasional outdated number or role. But honestly, no database is 100% perfect, and ZoomInfo still has way more accurate data than anything else I’ve used. The time it saves and the insights it gives totally outweigh the small hiccups.

ZoomInfo solves one of the biggest problems in sales—finding the right people to talk to without spending hours on research. Before, I’d waste a ton of time digging through LinkedIn or company sites just to get basic contact info. Now, I can quickly find verified emails and phone numbers for hiring managers or decision-makers. It also helps me understand which companies are growing or hiring, so I can focus my outreach where there’s real potential. It’s made my prospecting faster, more targeted, and way more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoominfo for my entire sales career, going on 8 years, daily. From employer branding, to law firms, Zoominfo has helped me gain access to thousands of prospects. Not only is it incredibly easy to use, but it saves me HOURS upon hours of time I no longer spend on manual tasks. I have used it with Salesforce and HubSpot, and it integrates seamlessly. I would be lost without this tool in my day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always easy to speak with someone at customer support if you aren't an admin

It finds phone numbers of people not listed on a company's direct website, integrates with my HubSpot to automatically create contacts, helps me find exactly who I need

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and find the contacts you need. Most information is correct or up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many non working emails. And sometimes I find contacts attached to the wrong company or duplicate companies. Can be frustrating.

Enlarging our database which leads to more sales overall.

ZoomInfo Sales, and particularly the Chrome Extension, allows me to quickly and efficiently prepare for any sales call with summarized insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be due to the specific plan and use case that we have, but it's difficult for our sales department to differentiate outbound opportunities without receiving the same list of targets.

It's providing quick and accurate access to relevant insights for the company, particularly in preparing for outbound demos.
