Great experience with ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
Intent reports were strong and accurate. Solid customer contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Details for CoPilot on larger, Tier 1 enterprise accounts were often inaccurate or not relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to confirm contact information more accurately, and to understand when prospects are starting the purchasing cycle.
High quality contacts for every niche
What do you like best about the product?
Beyond searching for contacts to reach, I like that ZoomInfo is constantly evolving. Their insights feature was amazing last year, and now with the addition of copilot, there is no way you can lose when you use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact info is not up to date, so while it is ranked as 99% accurate, there is always a chance that someone has moved on from the company. I wish there was a way to report inaccurate contacts or data easily. Maybe through the extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are never enough leads for sales and marketing to pursue. The site helps us mine for new sources and we input it into another service to help create meetings for our team.
A Lead Generation Essential
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of "WebSights" is sensational, as it displays all the companies, along with their corresponding data, (in real time) that come you your website. It not only provides you with a trove of information--including page views, session duration, number of visits, primary location, industry, revenue, and employees--but it also gives you tiered employee data, including email and engagement level. But that's not all... using AI, you can then generate and send targeted emails by product/solution/service topic.
We also appreciate "Intent", as it furnishes detailed information regarding companies that have been searching for products/services that correlate to the products/services you provide.
All of the above data can be filtered for to make searching for specifics (e.g., location by zip coe and zip radius) easy and effective!
Implementation is a breeze... their customer support is outstanding... and we use it every day (in fact, it's always up on our browser window!)

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, it's just a comment: While you the company that came to your website, you don't know the specific employee who came--but this is easily overcome via the "employees" and "org chart" tabs--as you really want to target the decision maker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves a major component of our lead generations process and benefits us in a host of meaningful and measurable ways, including our ability to target (and email) those companies who came to our website and/or are searching for the products/services we sell.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales gives me accurate, up-to-date contact information and I like how easy it is to build targeted prospect lists and quickly connect with decision-makers. The platform’s data quality and search filters make outreach more efficient and help me focus on the right opportunities.

some data can be outdated or incomplete. Wish there was more news data on each companie

helps me quickly identify and connect with the right decision-makers by providing accurate contact data and company insights. It reduces the time I spend researching prospects, improves targeting for outreach, and increases the quality of conversations. This means I can focus more on building relationships and closing deals instead of tracking down information
Know who to call, and when to call them
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, I find ZoomInfo invaluable because of the depth of information they provide on the companies I am researching. They have contacts for every company and in most cases, a direct email, phone number and/or cell phone number. Additionally, you can see who is likely to respond which helps in guiding my multi-threading efforts. Finally, they have "scoops" which gives signals on the companies activities and when they may be seeking out solutions that I offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has not elected to use the integration feature to connect to our CRM so I still need to re-enter information I have found in ZoomInfo directly in our CRM even though the feature exists. That would make use of ZoomInfo much quicker and leave me more time to engage with the prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Lack of information - ZoomInfo fills in the blanks of my current data
2. Efficiency in Prospecting - The intelligence I receive from ZoomInfo allows me to spend my time and efforts on companies and contacts that will be the most fruitful

What do you like best about the product?
Email outreach campaigns have been very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. It is very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me find and reach key decision makers.
Zoom Info is fabulous and I use it very often!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so much easier to find a contact based on roles in a company, than cold calling a company to determine who you need to speak to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change, is it to be updated more frequently. Some companies have a higher turn around rate and I might see contacts from a couple years prior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the appropriate person to talk to at a company for transportation is a lot easier using Zoom, over cold calling and going into it with zero contacts.
More effective campaigns: A real time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
A great campaign always starts with an audience. I love how ZoomInfo Sales makes finding my target audience easy and suggests the best way to reach them. In some cases, the data needs to be updated, so I always check accuracy before sending any type of marketing out. By using Advanced Search to target a specific geography, industry, or company size, I can quickly pull contacts of our best target (based on our personas). Don't spend more time creating your cold outreach list than your content. By using ZoomInfo, we can focus on the message because we know we are reaching the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to any tool like ZoomInfo is that it can't be 100% accurate, 100% of the time. However, I do like that if I discover incorrect or outdated data, I can submit the updates and receive confirmation that ZoomInfo has made the change on the person or organization's profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo provides us with contact information for contacts who may have reached out via social media. Additionally, it helps us test messaging in new geographies as we consider expanding our footprint.

Easy to use to get the details of Prospects and Companies. You can check Company Size, Revenue and Decision Makers.

Sometime contacts are not updated with their correct details.

You can filter out your prospecting easily by Sort of their Industry, Company's Revenue & Exployee Size.
