What do you like best about the product?
The crome extestion that i can click on over linkdeln and have contact info pop-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches on me alot and i have to sign in and out a couple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intent scores give me insignt into who and what accounts i should be looking into on a given week.

Easy to use and navigate, provides good org charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often contact data will be outdated, where someone has moved onto a new role more than 6 months ago and data does not reflect.

Provides contact information to help reach people.

Great B2B Tool that Provides Valuable Insight

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best qualities about ZoomInfo is the valuable insight you and your team can gather - whether it be finding companies that match your ideal target, individual contacts in different organizations or even analyzing buyer intent - this tool gives you access to vast amount of information that can help meet the organization's goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downsides about ZoomInfo SalesOS is that some information given by the tool can be outdated and incorrect. Me and my team have had to double check information exported from the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has helped me and my team find the right type of companies we wanted to target in our email and LinkedIn campaigns. We were able to apply all the filters and produce lists of both companies and contacts much faster than before.

What do you like best about the product?
Aa senior BDR I utilize ZoomInfoOS daily to match quality prospects with accurate contact info. This incombination with the insights provided around organizational structure and company updates is invaluable to my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion the contact info pulled can be inaccurate (ie. the person I'm calling is John Smith BUT not the John Smith at the right comapny). Technical difficulties such as system outage/long loading times can happen, but it's to an extent expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfoOS is poviding contact information for contacts and insights into their role/organizational structure. Without this information I could not reach out to a bulk of the prospects found or it would take considerably more time to complete contact info searches.

Incredible tool to find contacts & clients

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows me to locate companies and/or people globally in just a couple of clicks. Its information is quite detailed and the search filters make your queries get very accurate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the specific case of South America, there is often outdated information or companies that only show their name and turnover, but no further details of their employees, location, or business in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to get adequate and up-to-date information on some companies in our country, especially when they are foreign companies on the same continent or on the other side of the "pond".

ZoomInfo has made it MUCH easier to communicate with other companies/people who share our line of business, even if they are in South America, Europe or Africa.

The immediacy of the response is impressive

What do you dislike about the product?
In my role, I primarily focus on the EMEA market, and occasionally, I extend my reach to cover the US market as well. Over time, I've observed that Zoominfo has made commendable progress in enhancing the accuracy of its EMEA data. This improvement is noteworthy and has certainly been beneficial. However, upon closer examination, it becomes evident that there is still room for further refinement, particularly in relation to the UK dataset. The data accuracy in this specific region could benefit from additional attention and fine-tuning to truly optimize its utility for users like myself.

Very high quality contact data

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the data is very high. I have been able to get in touch with a lot of senior people at many organizations. I would never have been able to do this without ZoomInfo. I am using the Google Chrome plugin a lot, which makes it very easy to get contact data when visiting a potential customer's website. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm asking to update contact data for a specific person, there is no feedback if this has been done. I would like to get an e-mail reminder that the contact details have been updated, so I can check the new contact data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to get in touch with the right people within an organization. By contacting the right persons the first time, I'm saving a lot of time in building my opportunity pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo is the amount of information that is at your fingertips!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I think ZoomInfo could improve on, is the accuracy of some of the information -- I would suggest updating the information more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had some information to start with when making a call. I was not going in blind when calling customers.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is critical for daily lead generation. The platform makes filtering search for strong candidates easy. Data is accurate most of the time and is easy to upload to CRM and other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes company and contact info is outdated. ZoomInfo has regular outages but they're usually fixed quickly. The websights data can be misleading but overall ZoomInfo works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me with prospecting and lead generation with quick access to company org charts. Being able to filter contact based on numerous indicators saves time and instills confidence.

Good But Glitchy

What do you like best about the product?
Handy to use with the plug-in for prospecting, like the overview page and the ability to look tech and atrributes and Websights, I'm not really sure of other competitors, it's the only tool I've used for account mapping and pulling in prospect info.
What do you dislike about the product?
- have found it glitches often/ doesn't load and also does'n't pull LI profile over to SF and sometimes even pulls the wrong profile
- contact info on org page tends to be out of date for account mapping and prospecting
- doesn't always track websights - ie) will get intent data of custoemrs/prospects visiting our page but it doesn't pick up on ZI Websights
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting prospect contact information, the chrome plug in is really handy ifor importing contact into our CRM, also helps verify customer ICP and map out org charts
