Most exciting and effective SalesOS to work on
What do you like best about the product?
It helps understanding the process of the lead journey also with lead management and automation things, it overall is user friendly and loaded with a lot of features.

Nothing to dislike it's doing awesome for now.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the enchancement feature, which helps me clense my prospecting list on monthly basis and the new version's elastic search is superb
What do you dislike about the product?
They should keep training employees on the platforms, they have so many features, people just use basic function of identifying the email id and phone number

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using zoominfo for quite sometime now and I rely on zoominfo for it's accurate information about the company and also helps me come up with customised email campaigns, as well as track the performance of the email campaigns which is very crucial for me to understand what needs to be changed and what can be retained. Also, I trust zoominfo to be one source of truth for easy reference instead of the whole internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about zoominfo is I find the layout to be a bit too cluttered, and it seems like there is too much going on at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is benefitting me by saving time on not browisng through 100 of websites to come up with content for a marketing campaign. I am a freelance writer and I require market knowledge about a particular vertical to come up with creative content and zoominfo helps me identify the accounts that have all the signs of a buyer intent and thereby it makes me job easier.

I've utilized Zoominfo from a very long time.The outcomes generated by Zoominfo have greatly enhanced my contributions to the company up to this point.

The customer support is ver slow sometimes and the data provides sometimes is outdated and inaccurate but most of the time it was helpful for me

It feels as though all the data is easily accessible, requiring minimal additional effort on our part.It is beneficial for lead Enrichment, CRM update, reporting, marketing Campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
It has enhanced my lead building and contact searching journey by a mile! it was also easy to implement and use. The support that I got for queries were well answered. I use this product almost every othr day. It can also be integrated with other spaces like mail.

Zoominfo has launched Copilot and updated its UI. This is a quite enhanced version of ZoomInfo, which makes it easier to find company insights! With the help of Copilot, the time spent on ZoomInfo fetching company information has been significantly reduced.

What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo needs to improve on the hierarachy accuracy better.
They can integrate with Hunter.io or other tools to map the right recent updates in the company employees and Hierarchy.
CRM Integration is still weak and needs to add more CRM Apps, as many companies use different CRMs.
Scoops data or Intent data are still a concern which is not real-time.

A Platform with a wealth of Information
What do you like best about the product?
The System contains a huge sum of data, not only a wealth of Accounts which can be sxported to Excel, but also a ton of contacts with email addresses and phone numbers. I use ZoomInfo a lot to flesh out my database and CRM System allowing for a breadth of data access. The feature which allows us to export data to excel is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search bar can be a bit clunky, and sometimes when I search for specific contacts with the orgaanisation in the name it doesn't understand. For example, if I search 'Jon March JMPC', it thinks the mans name ends in JPMC and as such comes up with no results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to filter Businesses by industry and revenue, we are then able to export this to an excel, allowing us to build out a strong 'target' list in an industry we want to break in too. It also allows us to keep mor eup-to date emails of out clients and potential clients, including hone nubmers and Linkedin Profiles.
