Zoominfo SalesOS - A true game changer in sales!
What do you like best about the product?
First thing is it's very user friendly. We can easily look into Sales, Marketing or IT department. And they've given a separate option to search for VP, C level and Directors and Managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things is techstacks. It's not 100% correct, but yes mostly the given techstacks are true.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example when reaching out to the VP of sales to discuss about CRM, mostly they'll mention that they are not the right person and request me to contact IT director. By using Zoominfo SalesOS we can easily identify the right person and we can reach out to them via email or through call. This is the main problem I'm facing right now and Zoominfo SalesOS is perfectly solving this.

1) Finding the employee size of the company is the best part for a salesperson.
2) Zoom info helps a lot in finding the right POC mobile number and email address even for 1-10

What do you like best about the product?
The one thing that attracts me to go for zoominfo is it's easy to implement and 24*7 support

The thing I might suggest is it should have a onbuild CRM so that my job will be half done

The main problem in sales market is trustable information and the zoominfo has everything that a sales person need

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy to use and easy to set up tool for most Sales activities. It helps me find the right companies with the right requirements to pitch them the right solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain data updates are not real time that sometimes gives wrong data about a stakeholder information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be used everyday for sales research activities that can bring efficiency in the process and makes work easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info has good amount of information to do prospecting. You can navigate the platform with ease and gather information faster and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any shortcomings of the product. Maybe they can start refreshing the latest data faster so that everyone gets the latest information.

It helps with comprehensive information of companies and help streamline prospecting.
Zoominfo sales intelligence is more reliable than other tools
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo helps my team find account information such as business details, email, phone, tech stack, etc. As a manager of the account management team, I see how it has made our jobs easier in reaching out to the potential customers and POCs. We use it on a daily basis and it has become a part of our daily routine research that we do on our customers. The intuitive UI is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data refresh frequency could be improved and that will enhance the reliability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that ZoomInfo solves for is the prospecting of other internal stakeholders in our target accounts. This is very critical for an expansion business and we rely more on the Salesos for getting that information.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been incredibly useful for verifying email addresses, office locations, and contact numbers of potential prospects. I've extensively utilized it alongside my own research to guarantee the precision of the information for my accounts, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the data it offers. As a Solution Engineer I need to know some relevant data about my client to present a great demo so that I can use the client's real-time use cases during the demo, the insights from the platform is greatly helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support, I wouldn't say I had a horrible experience but there is room for improvement, especially in their KB repository.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo was a good tool for SMB contact information, which is greatly beneficial to me since I primarily handle the SMB business in my org, One particular challenge I have in my demo is knowing my audience not just their information but the Key role they play in the evaluation of the product.
