Highly recommended for a sales representative

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is extremely helpful for me as a sales representative as I can create vast filters for my searches and do not have to redo them and have these saved for easy access. The tool also integrates with various apps and my CRM solution which makes my day-to-day work much simpler. Outbound prospecting is a tough part of my role but Zoominfo makes this much easier as it provides me with accurate domain information by verifying my contacts and companies. I also am able to know all the recent information about the accounts to engage in a more personalized manner with my outbound prospects.

It is also very easy to set up and use as a person with a nontechnical background and the customer support has been a great experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I receive company numbers instead of numbers of my contacts. Although this is helpful, it would be great to get direct contact numbers.

It sometimes also takes time to load and crashes my browser. However, this is a rare occurrence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is a game changer for companies as it provides them with vital data needed to boost sales. It is always up to date and has a plethora of information needed to personalize and make more sales by talking to the right POC and with the right information taking off the load from the sales team to look for data and contact information and spend more time on what is they do best - make sales happen. You can also automate day-to-day mundane tasks and focus more on work that matters as Zoominfo has workflows and outmatic outreaches saving you time and effort as a sales representative from burning out.

Sometimes LinkedIn plugin shows inaccurate info

What do you like best about the product?
1. Wide range of accurate data
2. Seamlessly integrates with our existing CRM, hence reducing duplication of efforts
3. Helps with prioritizing prospects
4. Detailed company and persona profiling, helpful for each lead/deal generated
6. A friendly UI
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Does come with a bit of a learning curve for first time users of such a platform
2. Data at times may occasionally be insufficient in particular cases like for less-known companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves problems such as:
1. Lack of persona and company info.
2. Which leads to lack of personalization
3. Lack of quality data regarding leads and companies

With ZoomInfo, our team was able to gage as much info about a prospect as possible before a reach out, and hence increasing our conversion rates and opportunities. The data available on the system helped with reducing ambiguity when trying to prioritize opportunities and understanding the prospect's history with solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrity of the information from the ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo has changed the game of business and reachout. As a sales person ZoomInfo has got a lot a clarity with its action plans. I’ve recommended this to a lot of my colleagues.

The speed could be better in a few area range

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive usage and easy implementation. Good support and integration through most tools with exciting features

Haven't faced any shortcomings so far with Zoom info. It's a highly recommended tool.

I can easily get the contact information and approach with a high clarity on who am I talking to .

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has almost all kinds of databases for all levels and industries.
1: Vast filters to save your searches
2: Easy integration with different CRM tools.
3: Proper ICP Search
4: The buyer Intent score is almost accurate, depending on whether the purchase is already done.
5: Data can be easily exported in CSV/Excel to run multiple types of campaigns.
6: Quick Customer support

You can use the tool in your daily for cold call sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
1: Data takes time to update when a person joins any other organisation
2: Buyer intent should be more Precise.
3: UI Can be Improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1: Zoominfo is helping us identify concerned people from Different companies we are in touch with for CX/CRM/ITSM Tool sales.

Being in sales, its important that we know complete infomration about the prospects / leads before reaching out. There are a lot of tools out there to do this, but ZoomInfo has been the best so far.
