What do you like best about the product?
Results from Zoominfo after integration are unbeatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard seems difficult to use sometimes, needs some improvement there or can give training in a better way to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is providing authentic data sources with customer and company data information.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team was able to store plenty of leads. The pictorial representation of those data was very helpful. More it was easy to create our own customized Sales workflow. Moreover the SalesOS AI is reducing our teams efforts in identifying leads and its adapting well to our business. And ones one of my colleagues faced a issue and support team did a good job. We are able to integrate our client salesfore easily. The documentation which was available for all the things that are available in the software helped us to learn in a faster way.Yeah and Zoom info's real time updates is making us use the software daily in our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can reduce the coat little bit, but yeah its worth the money. And after reading reviews heard there are some data privacy issues, as of we have not faced any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to manually update our leads in our old CRM. Now this has been completely taken care by the AI. Follow up of leads has also reduced how, this helps us save time and concentrate on other works

What do you like best about the product?
It has plenty of information of numerous companies worldwide. It helps tremendosly with the prospection. Even has a feature to target potential prospects who has visit our website on the past. It's very easy to use and to install/implement/connect with our CRM (Salesfroce)
What do you dislike about the product?
Althought it has massive amount of information, it failed to have similar quality of information in certain regions such as APAC or EMEA in comparison to NAM or LATAM

Incrasing our top of the funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helps our team get valuable customer information. This makes it easy for our team to get customer's contact details and connect with them. This has increased our team's conversation rates.
Due to the simplicity of the platform, our team adopted it quickly and they love it.
As our team uses the platform on a daily basis, sometimes when there is an issue with the platform, there is a need to get it fixed as soon as possible and the customer support team is available to help us in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing bad about ZoomInfo although the LinkedIn Integration could have been better. The ZoomInfo team can also work on the load time of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ZoomInfo, our team had a hard time finding customer contact details. It was difficult to contact customers without their phone number.
With ZoomInfo, our team can get any customer details easily and contact them.

ZoomInfo also helps our team with identifying customer intents. This also comes in handy at times.

it is widely used by sales associate in discovering the customer profile, their details, interest area and what services they can buy, we also use to build the use case, do the account management as advised by zoominfo intellegence tool

they have so many features and it got me confused sometimes.
