Solid prospecting tool

What do you like best about the product?
the Chrome extension, it's great to be able to pull that up to get contact info immediately exported while I'm working in salesnav. I use this tool daily. the webpage is also great for finding prospects that might not be on linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes more obscure or abbreviated companies get mismatched and ZI is kind of slow to correct, I think I have submitted one ticket but not sure how quickly it was resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
nsights, intelligence, and purchasing intent data about companies and contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Most i like about this tool is filter options for every single Details. Also the accuracy of the data is best and it also helps to find the right account with account insights and trending account information. It integrates with Salesforce also with Google Chrome extension makes it easier to extract contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am quite happy with tool also i tried customer service or support many, they always fixed in time.

A one stop tool for my Sales funnel

What do you like best about the product?
I am the co-founder of my first tech startup and ZoomInfo SalesOS has made my work a lot more easier. With this tool now I am able to prospect leads, filter, and nurture them throughout my sales funnel. The chrome integration is makes work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The geographic information available is limited to my region of interest, I would also like to know the employee info of SME's as they are my my main target group
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One great challenge it helps me solve is the quality of leads getting generated through sales intelligence by providing me with maximum insights for target segments

Simple to Use and Good Info

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the variety of information you are able to source through. I could research prospects, the organizational chart, potential technology the company used, different locations and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times where the information gathered wasn't completely accurate. It didn't happen too often but there were times where it happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps us identify leads within the right area of the organization. Zoominfo also helps illustrate identify the right people at the right level within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to move quicky through my pesonal sales process. Their Linkedin add on and ability to export nto other platforms are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get expensive for additiinal features/org charting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allow our indivdual sales reps to develop their own process around the tool and remain effective and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The product is quite intuitive, very powerful and easy to implement. It integrated very quickly to our Dynamics CRM.

Customer support is generally very efficient and knowledgeable.

I use it most days but I feel that I could get more out of some of the advanced features, if I used it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that the data can be inaccurate or outdated. Generally cross-referencing with LinkedIn is valuable because people are changing jobs frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid distillation of a large number of potential customers. Correlation with our existing CRM

What do you like best about the product?
1.Plug-in is extremely user friendly when using alongside LinkedIn
2.also easy to get more relevent contact information deatils
What do you dislike about the product?
1. server speed response when we are filtering the large number of org details become slow which create the user to move to the other tools like apollo.io
2. More number of the CRM options are there , that makes the user to confuse sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
The enrich features are great for keeping our CRM up to date with accurate data and the Scoops features help give our reps easy access to whats going on in each of our accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had some more in depth funding data for enrich

It is helping keep our data up to date and allowing us to get more value from the events we attend through lead mining and emailing capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
The Intent feature is by far my favorite tool of the site. The ease in which you can drill down to the specific topics pertinant to your business is impressive- making prospecting efficient and easy.

I also like the websights feature. The fact that it not only tracks visits to your websights, but also the amount of time spent on the site is also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love the Intent feature and how it allows my team to easily find prospects- I am very unhappy with the exporting options. My team works specific accounts (businesses) and then they are required to contact specific prospects within those accounts.

Unfortunatley, there is not a way (that I have found) to mass export accounts with specific contacts. We can create a list of suggested prosects to export, but the actual accounts are not exported. And the "suggested" contacts may not be the ones we want to export.

Of course, we can individually export the account and the desired prospects, but that is ridiculously time consuming.
Therefore, once the mass lists are inporting into Outreach (our platform), I have to go back to Zoominfo and export the actual accounts, then go back to Outreach and try to assign the prospects to their respective accounts. Which is also extremely time consuming.

I have reached out to Zoominfo support for help, but have yet to find a way to fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease in which we can drill down to find prospcets that are specifically in our sights has been extremely beneficial. We can put the right accounts in front of our people and ensure that they are not working as efficiently as possible.
