Intelligent and proactive system of developing new business
What do you like best about the product?
I use the ZoomInfo SalesOS function everyday at work. It is super helpful with providing emails and a selection of phone numbers for new prospects. The function of automatically exporting it to our CRM (bullhorn) is super easy and saves a lot of time than having to manually input it. However, it is important to ensure that you double check that you are not creating a duplicate account. The fire emoji is super helpful with letting you know which number and/or email is the most receptive by the prospect.
This function also makes it easy to work in conjunction with the zoominfo engage function where you can add a contact to a sales flow in a matter of seconds. Customer service has been very useful and fixed any issues I have had promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the email adddress and phone numbers are not correct (which is expected) so bear this in mind.
The advanced search function could be made a little simpler (ironic I know) but a few tweaks would be useful in making it easier to navigate and filter.
For someone that has never used Zoominfo before, it is not going be a matter of being able to work it out by yourself. Training is absolutely needed for you to learn how to make the most out the tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing a lot of time by enabling me to have contact details for new prospects at the click of a button. This helps me with business development.

What do you like best about the product?
Extensive database, integration with HubSpot, data on different technologies, competing players, industry, trends, intent signals etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is some amount grey area when it comes to accuracy of intent signals. Not everytime your Target is looking for a solution. So be cautious when using it

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom info can assist me with getting in touch with the right people. Also it gives updates on different companies and if they are attending events. The customer support team always provides great help. The product is easy to use and the implementation process was a breeze. I now use this data base everyday for hours. Sales OS and Engage are awesome features that complements the product.

Somethimes I come across contacts with the wrong contact inforamtion.

Anytime contact information is not correct they will take note remove any worng information and they will update it with the correct information.
