I love how ZoomInfo Sales is a powerful tool for finding and reaching out to new clients, providing comprehensive contact information, including email addresses, which significantly augments my sales efforts. I appreciate its ability to offer valuable intent and relevant data, which greatly aids in understanding client needs and crafting targeted outreach strategies. The tool's setup process was relatively straightforward, allowing me to quickly become efficient in leveraging its capabilities. I value the detailed information ZoomInfo provides, which surpasses other tools I have used in the past, especially in offering insights critical for my job. The export feature is incredibly useful, enabling seamless integration with my CRM, thereby enhancing my workflow efficiency. Additionally, I find the ability to create targeted lists within specific markets, like healthcare versus manufacturing, profoundly beneficial as it helps tailor my communication to meet varied client needs. The tool's utility in empowering me to craft precise and effective emails through integrated data is commendable, as is the overall efficiency it brings in gaining insights about new clients and understanding market trends. Overall, it's a very useful, efficient tool, and I am highly satisfied with its performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes the contact information is old. Occasionally, I call a customer who no longer works at the company or has not worked there for several years. In one instance, I came across contact information for an individual who had passed away seven or eight years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find new clients, access detailed and relevant customer information, utilize intent data for targeted outreach, and keep updated on target accounts, significantly enhancing my customer engagement and sales effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be valuable in providing insights into company org charts, which is strategically important for locating specific industry professionals. Its ability to pull accurate contact information, including phone numbers of senior and mid-level leaders, enhances my recruitment efforts by allowing direct communication and yielding a high response rate. The tool has proven to be very useful in identifying and connecting with the right individuals quickly. Additionally, setting up ZoomInfo was straightforward, which made the transition smooth as I could start using it effectively after a brief introduction. I would say the ease of use and the specific functionalities are the main reasons I continue to find ZoomInfo beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search feature for finding people could be a bit better. Sometimes I'll search for someone in the search bar and they won't show up, making it tricky to actually find these people who are easily found on LinkedIn. The way I search for people on LinkedIn is not congruent with how I for search people in ZoomInfo. This can be a bit clunky and difficult to track the same person down. It would be cool if I could grab a LinkedIn profile link, copy-paste it into the search bar on ZoomInfo, hit search, and then find that person, but I don't think is a feature currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find ZoomInfo Sales invaluable for accessing accurate contact and org chart data, particularly for hard-to-reach senior roles, which boosts my response rates.

The ability to access both email addresses and telephone numbers for contacts greatly facilitates communication and improves response time by using templates that can be customized with variables for different companies. I find the setup process straightforward and quick, with integrations like Microsoft Office 365 making it convenient to manage through my daily email system. The intent feature of ZoomInfo Sales is incredibly useful, allowing us to focus directly on industries we are interested in, thus aligning our strategic goals with effective lead generation. The platform has impressed me with its in-depth information on companies, which includes organizational positions, differentiating it from other tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot. The website analytics feature helps identify companies that have shown interest by visiting our website, which informs us who to follow up with. Overall, ZoomInfo Sales is instrumental in helping us reach prospects we previously couldn't and is crucial in our sales prospecting strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost of ZoomInfo Sales to be a bit expensive, especially for smaller companies. While it's a valuable tool, the pricing can be a significant hurdle for those with limited budgets. More affordable packages for smaller companies would be beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great prospecting tool allowing me to reach multiple end users of my product/ service.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the information is inacurate leading to wasted credits that the company spends money on only to learn that the email address doesn't exist for the contact

Reaching more prospects than with just LinkedIn or another platform alone. it has a lot of potential contacts that can benefit from our services

Great for Finding Contacts, But Data Can Be Outdated

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales has the right contacts that I need to get our acquisitions pipeline flowing. Most companies I can find the correct contact in maintenance and indirect procurement. It works well for our needs. The advanced search tool is very easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times i find that the contact's email, or numbers are outdated. This is my biggest concern, sometimes I find that Apollo might have the more up to date info, and they provide their services for free up to a certain usage which sort of fills in the gaps for when ZoomInfo is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to find the contact's within companies that deal with their surplus/obsolete spare parts and equipment, when found and a connection has been made, we can then purchase their equipment. I use Zoominfo primarily to find these contacts and reach out to them via phone call and email.

Furthermore, the intent data occasionally lacks sufficient context or requires further validation to confirm genuine buying signals. Nevertheless, despite these drawbacks, the platform as a whole continues to be a valuable resource for prospecting and sales intelligence.

Slightly better contact info accuracy would be good.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to deliver information very quickly and reliably, we have validated with some prospects and the purchasing interests are validated

Creating the filters can be a challenge, but the guides are good and with some practice it becomes more understandable.
