I have been using DiscoverOrg for intelligent sales insight for 2 years.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the org chart the best. I enjoy being able to see who reports to who in a logical way - and with all of their given contact information. This helps greatly with the sales process in making sure that I am reaching out to the correct people. I also like being able to receive daily or weekly triggers without having to give much effort of pulling reports - having this information fed to me allows more time for me to spend on my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since the new version of DiscoverOrg - there are sometimes issues uploading contacts into my CRM. There are many times when my trigger subscriptions do not send any emails with information. Also, there are often times when the same information is given in triggers subscription emails. I feel like there is a lot of duplicate information - which makes it harder to decide what information is most relevant to me at any given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DiscoverOrg to solve my problem of needing direct contact information for leads I am working, as well as current initiatives going on within their companies. I have realized that the contact information is usually accurate - even though some of my colleagues have mentioned that that the trigger information is not always very accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg has relevant contact and company information in many different data sets. I like the fact that you can buy the different data sets that are relevant to you. However, if you would like to subscribe to multiple data sets, it can get very pricey, especially for a large team of users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to compile lists. Getting triggers on the lists I arrange is a very helpful tool. I also like that when a correction needs doing, I can easily contact the account manager and within a short time it has been remedied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless I am missing something, I don't think I can search by domain name since the new platform was implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts and being able to upload them as leads to my CRM while disc.org checks for duplicates is priceless.
A useful platform to segment company information
What do you like best about the product?
The search function provides a consolidated way to filter leads in the industry and position that I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to customize the search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small company, so collecting leads is difficult for us, besides spending thousands of dollars at trade shows. DiscoverOrg gives us an opportunity to collect new leads on a monthly basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate other lead service providers as well. Word of mouth tells me that there are cheaper options out there.
Decent tool for finding contacts
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and search for contacts and import them into SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not always able to find the contacts I'm looking for and sometimes have to search LinkedIn for names and use the email format of another contact at that company. I think it may have been better in a different industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo definitely saved me time by finding the right people and get them in SFDC, reduced manual processes.
Good Stuff
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the contact in Discover. They are accurate, and they supply you with email phone, and cell phone in some occasions. Discover is very easy to use, and it makes prospecting go quickly. The reporting capabilities also is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not alot to dislike about Discover. The biggest issue i have seen is the scoops for potential business. Some of the scoops have been wrong, and lead me to an awkward conversation when they ask "Who told you we were evaluating?"

Very capable. Simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
We love the simplicity of the interface. Whether through the Salesforce integration or the web-based app, the user experience is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Company profile data could be more detailed and comprehensive. It's also time-consuming to sift through the company results with the Salesforce integration when you're given multiple company results to find the correct match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem we are solving is obtaining sales intelligence and contact data for marketing and outbound sales efforts. By using ZoomInfo, we save significant amounts of research time, and our sales reps are able to reach prospects more quickly and effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are needing a tool that excels in providing quality contact phone and email data through a user-friendly interface and is reasonably priced, ZoomInfo is a great choice. If you need very detailed company profiles, then you might want to look elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives us the upper hand on gathering the "hard to get" pieces of contact information so we can greatly increase our chances of reaching our clients. The data is almost always accurate and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never really had an issue with ZoomInfo. It really helps us move the needle and I'm not sure we'd have the same success without a tool like it at our disposal. The one thing i would change is the integration with Salesforce. The function to automatically update numbers and emails in SF could be a lot easier, and i don't like that it costs money to do that. That should be a service provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving problems for some of the world's largest companies. The benefit through ZoomInfo is having the ability to actually get in contact with these individuals and share our unique value proposition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this if your customer base is difficult to get in contact with. The more senior the executive the more lilkely this tool will be useful.

What do you like best about the product?
In the rare instances where issues arise with our account, the account manager is quick to respond and to do anything possible to resolve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to nitpick, some of the search functions can be a little clunky when choosing multiple criteria.

ZoomInfo is great for profiling companies and their executives.

Fantastic Data Source
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has done a fantastic job developing their tools. Their "Enhance" feature consistently delivers high match rates. We also found the quality of the data to be good and up to date. Also, Zoominfo seems to have a volume of records that surpasses all of it's competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the option of a data subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to use Zoominfo to expand our reach into our target markets, resulting in new business.

I like the levels of granularity in creating a list of prospects. You can truly generate a list that is right for you and your market. The quality of contacts is on-par (if not better) than competitors and the customer service is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything that I 'dislike.' but I have learned that certain industries are better quality than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary sales and marketing goal is to drive new, qualified traffic to our digital resources to start the user nurturing process. Zoom Info has allowed us to identify new traffic that is highly qualified based on our filtering criteria. Switching to Zoom Info from contributed to a 25% increase in lead generation.
