A valuable tool for finding organizational charts and contact/prospect information.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and simple to navigate. I can customize it for certain outcomes. Plainly said, it puts me closer to the people I'm trying to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icon tabs on the Company page are not universal. I do not what each one is until I click it, which may open up something I wasn't looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a way to peer into a company and understand the structure much better. Besides putting me in contact with people, I gain leverage when I know who I'm talking to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a customizable tool to peer into companies, set parameters for the outcomes you are looking for, and engages you to take action. I would highly recommend this program.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has given us visibility into companies that match our ideal customer profile. Although we are new to the service, we already have a few promising opportunities in the pipeline that we wouldn't otherwise have.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are working through some technical issues with the platform, but their team is responsive and professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to identify contacts within companies that match our ideal customer profile that we would otherwise be unable to contact, and we already have a few promising opportunities in our pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Double-check the terms of your agreement to make sure that you have access to the portions of their database that matter most to you.

I like the Organization charts a lot, but I wish they were more complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be an exclusionary search option. I.E. Show me all companies/contacts that do NOT contain the searchable fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find it is vital to have access to the amount of contacts that Discover provides and also the accuracy of that information.
Once you use DiscoverOrg, you'll wonder how you sold without it.
What do you like best about the product?
The best things about DiscoverOrg is that you're able to search for the companies and titles based on your criteria. Then you'll get not only names and direct emails, but phone numbers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's challenging when emails bounce but it's to be expected with how many contacts there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a salesperson, prospecting is the most challenging part. With DiscoverOrg, it takes the guesswork out of finding out the right contacts at the companies you're prospecting into.

Try it before you buy it and it'll be obvious with the contacts right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The high touch service with marketing use cases on how to leverage the product features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't win the $5k contest, but I will take another Bose speaker. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are narrowing in on targets without having to wait for the drip of inbound. 7% of our current pipeline and 16% of our active trials are attributed to our efforts with DiscoverOrg.
Company information at your fingertips!
What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of contacts to add to your company database. Also provide great information on technologies used and financials. The salesforce integration is also beneficial as it allows addition of contacts/leads with easy clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know how accurate the information is. For example, I use the ERP section under technologies for my research. Some companies have multiple ERP's listed. Unsure of which one is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the decision makers. Although the exact decision maker might not be in DiscoverOrg, you can find a contact that has the decision makers information.

Having the salesforce/discoverorg integration is also a great feature as it allows easy contact and lead additions

Not super user friendly. Importing to Salesforce could use some updates

It's easy to use and provide useful information on both companies and employee's. They have a direct link to their LinkedIn Account as well . It's useful for both scrubbing lists and building lists of particular industries.

The cost is high, I'm not directly involved with the cost but it's my understanding you are only allowed so many download credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's useful to scrub data and build out target campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The recent update has a look that is much cleaner than the previous version. I enjoy that they list competitors and top executives in the company

what it refreshes it always bounces back to contact instead of company - still getting use to the new views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps us to find other more relevant contacts with in a company if our original lead is not effective. I love the new added benefit of competitors to use to compare when showing value.

For a product that provides data, it does a great job identifying emails and direct lines correctly

The credits. I haven't used one credit but there must be another way of a pricing tier than to say we only have 1000 credits a year to upload to SF

Getting passed gatekeepers and connecting with people immediately.
