What do you like best about the product?
It helps me get ahead of opportunities sooner by sharing Intent Data with our partners.

Some of the information is old and needs to be cleaned up.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the market leader for phone numbers and contact emails. It's easy to use and can be connected to your CRM. I use Zoominfo everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides I can think of. Sometimes export rules aren't in line with what I would prefer, but that is an admin task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get specific contact data. The websights feature is nice and I use that as an intent signal in my outbound process.
Excellent platform for enhancing sales workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Very strong software platform that's powerful and easy to use, robust data, super fast support, and easy access to data "concierges" where I can suggest clean ups to data that then happen in 48 hours or less

Data isn't always the best or complete, technographics could be more robust

Company and contact data
Having a database and the advanced searches is great.
What do you like best about the product?
The saved searches and daily alerts, integration with Pipedrive for exporting.

A good amount of the contacts are outdated.

The access to contacts and ease of use. I wish it was a bit more snappy though.

Sometimes the information is innaccurate.

Finding leads for sales and this allows us to connect with your customers faster.
Very useful, time saver, mostly reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access with chrome extention, how quickly the information loads and the ability to use zoominfo seemlessly with other softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is not accurate. I will find other sources online that are more current than zoom info's information. however this only happens about 15% of the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact infomation for potential leads, this shortens the time that I would have to scrub the internet for a phone number or email allowing me easy access with a "Z" icon on any tab I am viewing on google chrome.
ZoomInfo has been a great tool for finding potential customers!

I like how you can search for prospects by what they are interested in- "Intent."

The Intent I discover isn't alway truthful.

They make it easy to find companies in any given territory with up-to-date contact information.
Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love how accurate the information is on the website and how easy it is to access, especially when doing research on accounts before prospecting. I use ZoomInfo everyday. It helps with knowing who I am talking to, what posistion they hold, and who the key decision makers are in certain departments to help narrow my search. When we started using ZoomInfo, it was easy to start implementing into our daily work habits to utilize as a valuable tool. I haven't had to use customer support yet, but I have heard great things about how personable the team is and how willing they are to help with any issues. I have now learned to integrate this into my prospecting in all scenarios so I can learn more about what goes on in someones business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the thing I dislike about ZoomInfo is not getting accurate intent signals on my feed that are pertaining to my specific customer base. I had already uploaded my module and set up my feed to get intent signals but it keeps showing companies that are not in my CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is taking the guess work out of not knowing who you are trying to reach and what company info you are trying to find. A lot of the time, websites don't have enough information to go off of, but I am able to go to ZoomInfo and it will give me more insight about the business and who works there.

For new account prospecting, using Intent Data and Scoops to find candidates and creating lists that have the right personas are very helpful

Email addresses are too sparse and not accurate enough overall
