What do you like best about the product?
The Organizational Structure , and details within a target firm
What do you dislike about the product?
Your new platform does not have names on Blocks just under Client contact information so a user has to hit them individually. Search feature is very slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning more about firms we have yet to call on and what they might be looking for in regard to talent and projects.

I like all the tools within the tool i.e. deal predict helps us know what prospects are likely to close sooner. Also, subscribing to scoops is the best way to get in front of your prospects during the moment of intent,

The contact data is not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building our pipeline and setting more qualified meetings. The time we spend manually hunting down contact info has been significantly decreased.

From the client success manager all the way to the Senior VP of Customer Success the team at DiscoverOrg are keen to help and assist with any issues and ensure the best experience for their clients.

Nothing springs to mind at the moment. Any issues have been resolved quickly and with minimum fuss.

Having this type of data available within Salesforce has enabled data to be viewed in one pain of glass which helps the team have all the information up front and centre,

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to get information about a prospect easily that can be directly imported into salesforce

Sometimes the information is out of date or the prospect no longer is at that company anymore so you have to look through multiple sites like this to validate

Sometimes you don't have enough info on a prospect like where they work, their number or email so it helps you to be able to find out that info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this for people not in Discover.org it provides good info on prospects that you can't find anywhere else easily!

I love their Google extension (ReachOut) that will extract contact info of LinkedIn profiles

That you can only use ReachOut for one profile at a time

Getting accurate lead gen information. I've benefitted from direct contact to the proper decision makers using ZoomInfo
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, and Clearbit. Ask for samples to get a better idea of lead quality

ZoomInfo is easy to use and the plugins for Chrome and Salesforce are major time savers.
Being able to identify potential prospects on LinkedIn and gain access to their contact information with a single click is awesome.

Like any data solutions it is never 100% accurate. Based on testing we did with some of our target accounts we had about an 80% success rate.

A tool to search for contacts and companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like their new 2.0 version. It has a web extension that allows you to go on LinkedIn and search to see if that person is in the LinkedIn database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you couldn't see the contact names on the 1.0 but now that they recently upgraded to the 2.0 version, it seems to be working a lot better. You know what exact title you are receiving when downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our problem of client outreach. With little to no contact information, we weren't able to expand our outreach to prospects. But now we can.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep doing what you're doing! 2.0 is much more useful than 1.0.
great info for credit and finance contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has lots of titles for finance, credit and accounting people, not just the typical marketing, sales and IT that most packages have. Also, have many direct phone numbers and accurate email
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the names are out dated, and the information is not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to find new contacts with the right titles for prospecting. We use zoom paired with sales navigator and between the the two products it makes finding prospects more efficient

If you need a non typical title, zoom will most likely have lots of good contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is being able to create a custom search and then run that search in salesforce to cross-reference contacts that are already in my CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT's pricy. But, it's worth every penny for what you get.
