What do you like best about the product?
I like that our rep. is quick to answer questions - even if the answer is not what I want to hear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it puts the recording over the notes on the file... I have time to look at the last notes on a client but not to listen to a recording during or before each call to client.
I get frustrated when the pop up Tellwise boxes come up while trying to update a client AFTER minimizing them, and they continue to keep popping up in the middle of conversations with clients.
If I have to go to open a link in another tab to update a client that has multiple accounts, of which I have many, the boxes pop up or disappear.
When dialing the "direct line" it is the main office number and the "other" is the client's direct line - so the wording is misleading, if it could be listed as "Office" on the first line and "Direct" on the second line - that would be better.

What do you like best about the product?
I really find ZoomInfo a great tool when you have clear the campaigns you are working on.
The search option its terrific, it allow to filter by industry, type of business, location, revenue, etc.
It works quickly when looking for contact info.
ZoomInfo it is truly a big data base with complete and updated quality info of the leads. It helps to save a lot of time and money.
It helps a lot when cold calling, because the info of the lead is right there, so there is no need for investing time into building it.
Allow to share access to another team member such a virtual assistant, so you can delegate and be more productive. And it is also amazing that the information can be exported.

I find ZoomInfo well elaborated but if I could think in something to improve I would recommend to work more on the data from outside US. And even though the price is higher than others I think is still a profitable way of investing money and the ROI is pretty much guaranteed.

A lot. Definitely I would say that it saves, time, money and efforts when you are cold calling and do not waste time into building list, trying to pass the gatekeepers, etc. It provided a lot of info about the lead, so we really could know if our service was a fit.

Great investment. I would definitely recommend it when looking for speeding up results.
Good, not great, data tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. SFDC plugin is extremely helpful. They upgraded the UI recently and it's much, much better. Saved searches have returned (finally) in 2.0 which make our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
No data tool has accurate data, but ZoomInfo regularly includes employees that may have left a company years ago. Very bad for international. They need to add more broad job function choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts at businesses, mainly just contact information and not the specific people we need to reach out. Saves time in the research, but better for high volume reach out than targeted, specific information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really consider the accuracy of the data, and what specific information you want to pull. Other products can give more information on contacts, ZoomInfo is really best for just phones and emails.

Ease of use. Many of the contacts have a direct dial number as well as emails.

Some of the information is not the most updated. Probably a cross reference with LinkedIn would be nice.

Zoominfo has helped my coldcall game tremendously. I am able to save time and get pass the gatekeepers and operators and directly speak to who I am looking for.

I like that it was easy to use, fast, and had a lot of interesting people that our sales team would want to reach out to.

I do wish it provided more personal contact information to be used on the candidate side.

Finding sales contact information- both phone numbers and emails. Easier to make connections and get in touch with the right people.

It is extremely useful when looking for basic statistics and information on thousands of companies

You have to pay to get more information and sometimes it is not 100% up to date

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg isn't a difficult platform to use. The system is well laid out and easy to understand after a short introductory period. We can access company information that can't be found, or isn't easily found, through public channels. It's a great tool to accessing complete company data. Everything is stored and managed in one concise, so it says us a bunch of time from tracking information down. We can also see contact's LinkedIn profiles, which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. It may take some time to get used to at first, since there is quite a bit of data and many options to work with. There are definitely many companies not included that I'd like to see included, so I the database can grow more quickly, that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can go right to relevant contacts, which saves time and can greatly improve conversation opportunities. We spend less time researching contacts and can access detailed contact data so we can more precisely tailor our communications for them. We can be more confident speaking to contacts when we know more about them.

If you're looking for a way to target data in an easy and intuitive way, DiscoverOrg can be a great tool for you. Once you get acquainted with the system, you'll see that searching for data can be a breeze and you may even enjoy digging around and looking for gems. It might seem overwhelming to use at first, be everything will likely make more sense after you use it while.
High quality data and customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of data is excellent and our Customer Success Manager Will is great. We have expanded our database and inside sales lists rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows and user interface is not obvious. It took me a long time to understand save searching and list matching. I also do not like that some contacts do not have email addresses.
