Powerful tool to find contact's information
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo SalesOS in the company. I liked the advance search feature to map the prospect and set the target audience. Our BD/Sales team really like to reach out after finding details. Also, like the use of extension to get email/Phone no.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have observed many times, zoominfo provides outdated data. Either prospect's email gets bounced or left the organization. I would suggest to keep updated your database to get right info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helping our sales team to get the proscpect's info and marketing team supports the sales team using Zoominfo SalesOS to findng the target audience and made our database process very smooth and rapid.

I really like using info because of the access to data, I like the data that they share, you will know a client's intent. The classes offered by Zoom info are great too! The Ease of Use with Zoominfo is very beneficial to me because, many of us don't have time to use something overly complicate

I do feel like many of the technology leader have had their contact numbers removed. Many phone numbers are not correct,

ZoomInfo Sales OS is extremely helpful in stakeholder mapping and identifying the right contacts to reach out - not just for sales teams but also for Customer Success. The tool is fairly straightforward to use, and you can get up and running with minimal effort or training.
The widget that they deploy on the browser has also been extremely useful, bringing up contact information and other details with a single click when looking up information on Linkedin. This, specifically, was something that my team ended up using almost every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search and filtering capabilities are slightly unintuitive. Especially when you're looking at a particular org on the org chart, there's no way to search across all departments from that view - you have to go department by department.

1. Identification of correct Stakeholders, their contact details and their hierarchy in the ecosystem
2. Identification of decision-makers

In general, it is a helpful tool for individuals who are prepared to dedicate the necessary effort.

The contact discovery tool is powerful, they have real time data and it also has data of new hires, who have moved where, the linkedin url of each prospect, so that you can run Linkedin campaign.

The pricing could be better, it is expensive but worth every penny

What do you like best about the product?
It is most helpful that there are clear details on vertical markets that I'm interested in. There are easy ways for me to narrow down the markets and people that I am looking to connect with. We have a great customer support contact to assist with any challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information isn't accurate but I still use that as an opportunity to contact the company and see if I can find a contact. It is less efficient but it is a place to start. I try to use it daily to assist in my efforts but can't always get around to it.

Zoominfo and their database assist in increasing my productivity in finding new clients by 30% versus other tools that I have used. That is my personal measurement based on my experience with the product.
