All a salesperson needs in one location

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accurate the information is. If there is a discrepancy with information, a quick email to DiscoverOrg with help rectify that quickly (usually by the next day!)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how our subscription is set up, but occasionally I will not have access to certain companies in my territory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with all people in a particular IT environment. Having the Org chart really helps put in place who works for who. it makes it simpler when you know where the person falls in the chain of command specifically when you are looking for the decision maker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to reach particular people within an organization, the amount of information you can get from DiscoverOrg is priceless.

The broad range of contacts. Nearly all companies were easy to find.

Sometimes outdated or incorrect information

Use tutorials and learn as much as you can to become more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The data is phenomenal, especially relative to what else is out there.

Real contacts, updated very regularly and they are relevant folks to the departments listed.

Almost all direct dials work!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/search function can be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find direct dials to executives and key contacts at Global 2000 orgs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage things like opp alerts

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, Information, they are quick to correct information, sync up with our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
information is out of date sometimes. Some businesses are locked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and finding the correct people to talk to inside the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use from the UI, I can easily navigate through what technologies companies are using and then go directly into employees that may be using those technologies
What do you dislike about the product?
From LinkedIn to DiscoverOrg there are missing contacts, more contact updating would be huge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
company trigger events, and easy prospecting for new companies I am building out. they make it easy to import directly into Salesforce as well saving a lot of Manuel work

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to build specific searches for accounts and contacts. In a role where all prospecting is done by SDR's, having this tool is imperative. It also offers a very large database of contacts and accounts with typically very good connection methods
What do you dislike about the product?
Primarily focusing on customer service teams, I wish the list of customer service employees was larger
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to prospect more efficiently. I lead a team of sales representatives and this allows us to prospect faster without sacrificing quality

The scoops feature is extremely helpful When looking for valuable information to target accounts with.

How hard it is to get full access to database

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see company fiscal year information, size of company (employees and market cap), information about individual members of the company and their contact information, general phone number, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can sometimes be quite out of date. I have to double check if the information is accurate using another source which can be frustrating, especially after importing a contact and the contact hasn't been with the company for over 2 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting in network and information security is difficult because many security practitioners are very secretive and sometimes don't have a LinkedIn or any type of social media. DiscoverOrg allows us to have some leads handed to us with contact information (email, phone number, sometimes mobile #) on a platter. Contact info needs to be better verified but still excellent to have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use DiscoverOrg in conjunction with another source of information to double check. Very useful when you can verify the information they provide.

I like how easy I can upload contacts. I'm able to navigate Salesforce faster with the data uploading.

The tool does not always provide the most accurate data.

I am able to better prospect my client accounts. DiscoverOrg makes it easier to understand my data.
