I started using Tellwise for important follow up on a direct mail campaign
What do you like best about the product?
I was really impressed with the automation and the speed of going through my list. I also had a larger number of conversations then I expected
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup was a little challenging but with Tellwise's support we got through it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the ability to follow up on an expensive direct mail campaign with one to one marketing. We followed up with each recipient and had several conversations

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending a mass campaign while targeting your preferred prospects within DiscoverOrg. The communication between the two applications is very east.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this time that I have run across to make me dislike the application. The statistics portion of the application could be improved but there is nothing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting new candidates. I have noticed being able to see when an email is opened allows me to target my prospects with ease.
Efficient and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we are able to send out a mass amount of emails. This was something we were doing manually and we would take weeks to send out thousands of emails where now it only takes a few days to do. This was we are bale to focus out time on other projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there wasn't the 1000 email/day limit as we are sending emails to 3000+ contacts so we do have to stretch it over a few days which is still better than we were doing. Overall it has helped our method tremendously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are spending less time sending out emails and more time focusing on our other projects we have going on. We have cut our time spent on emails in fourths.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely helpful when sending email campaigns. I love how you are able to make the emails personalized with the 'Merge" feature without the receiver knowing it is a mass email. Highly recommend using this interface with DiscoverOrg as it is very easy to create lists out of DiscoverOrg to certain target markets then send mass emails straight from the DiscoverOrg list from the Tellwise pop-out icon.
Simple and Easy to Use Sales Email Campaign Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise allows me to create an email and calling campaigns quickly and easily. I can see what calls, emails and other tasks are happening with prospects with just a few clicks. The best part is that I can actively see when people access the stuff I email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more robust reporting features. The Limited export capability hurts the tool

We are using Tellwise with Discoveryorg.com to do Email campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The salesflow tool is very easy to learn and set up. All of the settings are very intuitive and the email integration is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no easy way to set up flows under a co-workers account unless you login to that account. You can share templates but can't send under another email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for sales followup after mass emails. It makes it easy for all of the communication to look like it's coming from our sales rep.

IT has a lot of features, you will need a plan and time to use them all.

I love the calling feature and the ability to send out personalized automated emails.

There is not a place to input notes other than when calling.

Email marketing and tracking have been a great tool to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean integration with Salesforce allows us to know exactly what Sales is working on and who they need to follow up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I can tell, no way to have a Gmail integration without Tellwise having access to every email. Also no inbound call tracking

We needed a systemized way to track sales activity that allowed us to run categorical reports. Sales needed a way to call and email prospects without subsequently having to manually log activity. Win Win
Pretty good for my first time
What do you like best about the product?
It gave me lots of useful information I was looking for and was quite user friendly, which is very important to me. The pricing was mostly fair I think, I would most likely recommend this service to friends and co-workers.p
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say that there was necessarily something I didn’t like about it. I found it very useful for what I needed and I most likely would recommend it for business needs.

I was looking for help with marketing research and was able to get help with them.
Easy to use and quick
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy all the filters you can search contacts by. It helps make my prospecting very targeted and therefore a more efficient use of my time. I only ever use the "advanced search" to retrieve all the data I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact information is inaccurate, but I guess that is to be expected as the only way to truly confirm the contact is by calling the account. Some times the emails will not register properly or the contact is still there but is using a different email naming convention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg helps me get new account names, contact names with information, and "scoops" or detailed updates of what the account is currently experiencing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search for both accounts and contacts. This is particularly useful to create lists to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the available contacts are limited. It would be nice to have all employee titles visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to identify key players within organizations is very efficient when presenting solutions to decision makers.
