DiscoverOrg for Sales lead gen

What do you like best about the product?
The organizational charts are laid out really well and make it super easy for our reps to find who in the hierarchy they want to reach. Adding to our CRM is really easy as well with the mapping laid out in a clear way and one-button uploading
What do you dislike about the product?
The format is a little dated; UI could be updated from a visual standpoint, but it doesn't affect functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding more contacts and profiling companies much more efficiently and quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is without a doubt the best resource for sourcing contacts in the b2b space. You can custom search anything you want and it’s all easily and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is consistently down, especially the Salesforce plugin. For a leader in the space, the reliability is a bit of a joke.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better able to source leads for myself and my team. More easily able to find new accounts for prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the options that I can use with Zoominfo and that I don't have access to in other platforms, is Attributes. So I can, for example, search for companies that have more than 25 locations, specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we don't have a fixed cost, so we are charged per contact which can bring up the price a lot. If you need a list with very specific titles, it's a hassle to filter through the web. But downloading the whole list to then filter in Excel, would result in losing money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo makes it easy to build lists of leads that help us prospect very specific targets. Sometimes we use it just for reference, to find emails and such. Sometimes we download whole lists from the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have in mind that the price is per contact downloaded so if you need very specific lists that are very long and you'd still need to filter it to make it even more specific, you would lose a lot of money.

What do you like best about the product?
getting direct contact info that allows me to bypass the gate keeper and expand my potential ways to reach the customer/prospect. direct emails, direct phone lines, exts and mobile numbers. You can also get the right point of contact as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
not all of the information is accurate but the systems continues to update itself with new info so you just have to keep using the tool to get the most up to date info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bypassing gatekeepers, getting directly to DM's, get the best contacts at the practice and allows you to be multi-threaded when you are targeting an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it and use it on every account you call.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting direct phone numbers incl extensions is awesome. While not always 100% accurate, it's still better than googling for switchboard #'s. Does better w/ email addresses than phone #'s. Awesomer SFDC integration for populating the CRM w/ contact info pulled from ZoonInfo, one click for user to add contact to CRM from Google Chrome plugin
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all contact info tools (i.e. Discover.org, web scraper tools, freeware websites, etc). you're never going to have 100% accuracy w/ info, but I found Zoom Info to come the closest of them all. No real complaints from me w/ them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales rep efficiency and productivity w/ prospecting and sales/marketing outreach.

Accurate Info Finally!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy search options and accurate info - loads right into Salesforce - find people that are real people with real addresses and they have direct lines of contact - you can see their website and company information as well. IT is also a great tool because you can see what the company earnings are so you can select fortune 500 companies
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any dislikes. Maybe to be able to save searches in side tabs to come back to them if you have to exit out. The only thing I do not like is that I did not hear about this sooner. We have used LinkedIn and Data.com but do not get near the responses back from live people as we do with zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts - many times direct lines to the right person Time saver - I am not wasting time searching
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very useful if you are a sales person searching for the right contacts

What do you like best about the product?
It is very responsive and is flawless with its Data Flow it's very intuitive and I have to say I'm impressed
What do you dislike about the product?
The product needs to be taken more seriously by more communities there are a ton of clever integrations and automation hopefully the development communities are catching on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am considering it as my fulltime intercom sidekick
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend them as a very forward and data-driven intelligent AI hook and API clean neat and very well supported and funded example of a SAS APP Automation hybrid that allows it to scale and integrate with most ERPs and big data.

What do you like best about the product?
Data is clean - also if you find something that isn't, their team respond promptly with a fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing to salesforce has thrown up some problems, nothing deal breaking, just frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Source as many new leads in the USA and EMEA as possible.

No data provider is perfect - however discoverorg is the best we've tried

What do you like best about the product?
Being new to prospecting, I didn't know where to start when looking for prospects contact information. DiscoverOrg makes it really simple to find all the necessary contact information such as phone number, email address and even OrgChart information. My favorite part is being able to mass import to Salesforce with their integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like about DiscoverOrg is that it sometimes is glitchy when using the search-bar. You will search the first and last name of the person and something totally unrelated will surface. This requires you to either condense your search or continue to refresh which can be time consuming. Obviously not every person I look up is listed but I know that is not at fault of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time searching and more time doing my job! Very quick to find the information and get on with whatever tasks I need to on that given day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrate with Salesforce! Ensures you don't have to do any data entry because you can mass upload contact information.
