DiscoverOrg - An essential tool for every sales rep

What do you like best about the product?
The Org Charts and the ability to find contacts from almost any company are undoubtedly the most valuable asset for Discover Org. Being able to find the decision makers and people involved at each company is the quintessential tool for any sales rep
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how ZoomInfo has not yet been incorporated into Discover Org. There are still contacts I find on ZoomInfo but not on DiscoverOrg and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using DiscoverOrg I am able to find the RIGHT people at each company and send tailored, RELEVANT messaging accordingly to get the highest engagement/response rate possible.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg helps me find prospect who I would normally not be able to find via other resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading bigger listmatches does not allow me to transfer over to salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being efficient in prospecting and allowing me to view companies that have specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the scoops and technology stack to be most helpful

I dislike that sometimes the info is wrong or outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using DiscoverOrg to gain insight into our target accounts and prospects. It has benefited us by helping to create more targeted messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizational info summary provides everything I need to know at first glance, before starting to dig deep and learn more about the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would love to be able to copy email addresses with one click, or some other, easier way. I also wish that personal information was more up to date, there tend to be a lot of people who don't work for the organization anymore or have different titles/locations et cetera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DiscoverOrg to learn who works for the Organization I am targeting, where they work (location) and in what position/team.

Really love the "similar companies" tab, gives you an excellent summary for possible competitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Personnel info under each department (HR/Cilevel) is difficult to get, would love to be able to copy and paste it quicker and with one click.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see a wide range of contacts, and fairly accurate information around title, contact info, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is inaccurate and can lead to awkward interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company, our CRM is relatively new. As a result it lacks a large amount of accounts, contacts, etc. I use DiscoverOrg advanced searches to not only identify new target accounts, but find multiple contacts within any given account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good source of ALOT of data, BUT always verify.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track an account and all it's information down so I don't need to fish for contacts and addresses and phones like I used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes slow to get a response from support when I need clarification on why an account has been locked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed me to prospect much much faster than I have using any other tool - But i also haven't used a lot of tools out there.

Quick to fix inaccuracies

What do you like best about the product?
I like that DiscoverOrg is a single location where I can go to find contacts in my market. Although the information can be outdated/inaccurate, when you notify them of the fix they are quick to correct the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an ability to better integrate with LinkedIn Contacts to assure that the current company is still relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work in Sales would be much more manual without DiscoverOrg and I wouldn't be able to reach as many individuals without the database or company insights. I utilize DiscoverOrg in addition to other activities to assure my quota attainment in sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've got many colleagues who don't have access to DiscoverOrg and they wish they had access. It adds huge value to my process and I wouldn't be able to touch nearly as many prospects without it.

For Basic Contact Prospecting, Look No Further

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most complete source of information for finding new leads used in our lead generation and analytics process. The export process is flawless and allows us easily manipulate and analyze the data. The search process is simple, and efficient returning results within the specified criteria. There is a plethora of tutorials at your fingertips to address any questions you might come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about Zoominfo except the occasional hiccup with the enhance and export functions but the efficiency of when it does works makes it worth overlooking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo simplifies our lead generation process by helping us find and cross reference hot leads for marketing and sales efforts. The wealth of information Zoominfo provides and the ease to which we can export makes this the ideal service for all lead and new contact prospecting efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly, give it a shot, it will change you're sales and marketing strategy if used correctly.

The info is updated often and accurately. Exporting to outreach is super easy.

Sometimes the number of employees at companies is inaccurate

Zoom info has made self sourcing and prospecting easier for me

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to get the direct phone number and email address of many of the key people at an institution I am trying to contact. This has saved hours upon hours of research to track down key contacts at a institution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I face is that some of the contracts do not list direct numbers and have general phone numbers listed. Many times you cannot reach the contact as the number listed is for a call center and they will not transfer you to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the key people in an organization. This tools has saved hours of research on web sites, LinkedIn and other sites trying to track down key players in an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, worth the money.
