Fantastic tool easy to use

Great to find direct numbers and emails.

ZoomInfo changes the game for data acquisition
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create and store target audience lists within ZoomInfo, to be able to continuously come back to a saved search to modify for new searches is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to have team members share saved searches, tags created, etc. If more than one person on a team downloads a list it doesn't show up in the other person's account, creating an opportunity for people to be acquired more than once, from each account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data acquisition, email list generation for targeted account profiles. This has been tremendously impactful when developing ABM type campaigns for targeted account packages with defined key decision maker roles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use the templates when possible. It helps build out your audience far faster than the manual list creations.
Good way to get info for all companies and contacts.

Being able to find the contact info for customers.

The steps to download an excel can sometimes take too long.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the tool is solid in my opinion. I have received some solids leads from Zoominfo in the last year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the layout of the Zoom Info 1.0 Better but I am getting use to this now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more direct phone lines and e-mails for prospects. These benefits have helped me crack accounts.

Being able to get in touch with the contacts that one needs to. It helps me use my time more effeciently.

The downside is that some company contacts are not up to date.

Getting the correct person on the phone. Saving me a lot of research time.

Helps one get in touch with the correct contacts. Also makes it easier who is available in the market.

the ability to get direct lines to employees for outreach. ability to search a name without first and last is helpful. Ease of search for individuals.

the 'location' for the employee may be off.

You have the date that the last thing was updated, perhaps also having the date it was last reviewed for accurate information. May help with incorrect direct numbers that have become stale.

Exporting ease to salesforce. It has allowed me to spend more time on the phone connecting with the people I've found by being a clean and easy platform.

Sometimes the info is really outdated and there is not an easy way to check if the information is corporate or franchise

Has helped my prospecting be a lot more efficient and allowed me to spend more time on the phones

Great for gathering information on larger accounts information can be harder to find on smaller businesses

The information is easy to access, usually quite accurate (mostly concerning american companies) and is a great complement to other lead generation / CRM tools. You can easily identify competitors and related SIC codes and work with verticals. Accessing
ZoomInfo is easy and the tool is extremely easy to learn and use !

What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not using the company's recorded name in ZoomInfo, you're simply not going to find the company - especially if it's one that has not been updated recently. I would like to be able to submit corrections to contact information to go in a queue for validation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right decision maker is often a challenge in Sales. ZoomInfo makes that task much easier and allows also to identify the email structure and domain to potentially reach other and/or new key stakeholders at the company you are targeting.. We have definitely seen shorter sales cycles since we starting using ZoonInfo.

Make sure all of your business development teams have access to ZoomInfo. It's a non-negligible part of Sales development. Combined with other tools related to social-media, your Sales can't fail if they work hard ! This tool will allow your sales force to contact quickly the right people at the right time ! Love it !
Essential for any Business Dev Rep
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is critical and essential in the business development role. When exploring potential prospects, guessing someone contact info can only get you so far. Guessing 20 email addresses to get 10 of them bounced back can be very demoralizing. This is where Zoom info can really help make your life easier. Get access to the right email and the right phone number in one fail swoop. If you have the Zoominfo extension while using SalesNavifator, then you are really cooking with oil then.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the good extension, it could take a while to automatically import the contact info SFDC. Usually 60 seconds a prospect. This can add up while you are prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guessing someone's contact information is the hardest part about cold outreach in sales. Knowing the right channel to reach them can make all the difference. With zoom, I know their exact email and can be confident in the emails I send.

Consider the level of cold calling/emailing your team is doing and planning on doing. The more you plan on cold calling/emailing, the more essential and critical Zoominfo will become to your team.
