It does what it is supposed to
What do you like best about the product?
Discoverorg has many features that make it versatile for a marketing or sales team to make new contacts and easily import into a CRM. We are able to import straight into our campaigns saving time and employee expense. The Data is excellent and has helped us drastically with the inside sales department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very limited data base so there are a limited amount businesses available even though there are a lot of contacts for those businesses. The same lists are sold to anybody that is buying so you will be competing for the same business in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get to a decision maker quickly and build relationships to see if we are a good fit or we can move on to the next partnership quickly if we are not a fit.
DiscoverOrg is a great sales tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Current contact information, organizational charts, company scoops, technology being used. All these features are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a ton of information down-market (200 ee's and below).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me with due diligence researching employers and tailoring my content to be more specific.

Definitely do a trial.

The speed of finding relevant information is amazing. The depth of information is great.

Sometimes the info is inaccurate on contacts: like emails.

DiscoverOrg makes it very easy to find direct phone numbers and email addresses so me and my team can reach out to the correct contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not always up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg has made is so much easier to get to the right contact quicker. The integration with Salesforce has been a huge time saver.

You wont regret it. Best tool we have purchased for our BDR team.
Useful for basic research but unreliable for contact info search.

Somewhat user-friendly. I like to use for basic company info including product offerings/solutions, locations, M&A info, and competitors.

Unreliable when looking at updated org charts and contact info.

i am able to conduct basic research on numerous companies like company size, M&A experience, business unit research and more.

It is very easy to search for an individual name or a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say there is much I dislike. Maybe not being able to import a name into our CRM.

It is easy to find the point of contact you need in a company. Having all the information in one area for an individual contact is great.

It is an excellent product to use to generate leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The key to discover.org is the ability to see organizational structure. By understanding who reports to who you are able to better understand the needs. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. It integrated with all of our existing sales tools including Salesforce and Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the occasional contact that no longer is with the company. It took quite a while to figure out how to fully use the platform, although the new UI has helped a lot in that respect. I also find that occasionally I am logged out during the day and need to log back in, which can slow down my processes. Additionally, and not unique to Discover.org, I have found that many of the account insights are vague and misleading. Sometimes it is better to omit the information that have some that is inaccurate. Small companies and colleges can be hard to find or non-existant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem associated how our clients and customers are organized allowing for a better understanding of how to assist different departments.It has made my job easier by allowing me to find the correct contacts, insights and information needed to effectively find where I can help solve problems. The integrations increases my efficiency in terms of workflow and outreach.

there us a lot of functionality. it is easy to just scratch the surface, but spend time getting to know the platform to get the most out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is well organized and easy to use. The knowledge of the account base is good

It's very intuitive. It might be helpful to have more information about the company, previous name changes, local decision making vs HQ, etc.

Finding the hierarchy of org chart is very helpful

The solution is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I have at this time is using all of the available functionality as I'm a relatively new user, I find a new capability almost weekly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more productive, instead of spending 20 minutes chasing down an email address or phone number or guessing an email address only to get a bounce back, I have one place to go for all of my prospecting needs. I'm able to get higher alignment with my current customers and engage with my prospects with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The level of access to information is unlike any other solution I've ever used. I've worked at some of the top SaaS and Telecom companies on the planet and would have loved to have had access to DiscoverOrg while I was there.
