Top-Notch Prospecting Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo offers an array of fantastic features that make it a great tool for prospecting. It provides contact details, like emails and phone numbers, that are tough to find elsewhere. This allows us to directly reach key decision-makers without having to navigate through intermediaries, streamlining the outreach process.

Secondly, the Salesflow feature is invaluable for task management. It schedules and tracks tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not updated and contact details are also invalid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the challenge of identifying the right audience's contacts. It streamlines the process of finding email addresses and phone numbers, which significantly enhances our outreach efforts. This efficiency not only saves time but also increases our overall productivity and success rate in prospecting.

Easy to find out about companies, their value, address, and contact number

What is our primary use case?

We use it to find out the value of companies. That is the main focus.

What is most valuable?

It's easy to find out about companies, their value, address, and contact number.

What needs improvement?

Most of the time, we cannot find the address, and the information is old. We have not found recent information. That is a problem. I have two more tools.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using it for two years now.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is a stable product.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

10 to 15 people use it in my company.

How was the initial setup?

The setup is not difficult. We can use other tools also.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It's an unpaid tool. I need to pay for the paid version to use more features.

I only used the paid version for a month.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend using it. It is easy to learn.

Overall, I would rate it an eight out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
One place to go to for a concise overview of companies to prospect. Great, reliable contact information (not perfect, but very high percentage of accuracy.) Keeps up to date with contact information. Summary page is well layed out to give a ten thousand foot view of company, then one can zero in on the information that is relevant to the users search.
What do you dislike about the product?
The revenue information is wildly inaccurate, sometimes off by tens of millions of dollars. Some aspects of search can be a little clunky/not intuitive. Org charts could be better laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is where i go to research companies and retrieve contact information and tech stack information to prospect potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Drill down ability, lots of contacts, emails are usually accurate, easy to search most of the time, ability to tag helps it act as a CRM in some ways. The setup is easy so you can get working right away, does not really need much more than a video or quick google search to figure out how to do basic things.
What do you dislike about the product?
not always good data, people may not ahve worked there in years. Have to double check with LinkedIn to make sure they are still there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching people I can't reach on Linkedin or indeed. Reaching prospects directly instead of their social media platforms. Pulling large lists of prospective accounts that fit the specific niche we want to sell to

Love the tool... hate the bugs

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intent and scoops. IT helps me understand what opportunities and initiaitves companies are working on. I like the ability to define a buying committee and key personas that can be used as a filter later. LOVE the ability to filter on lists and CRM account owners in the advanced search. ZoomInfo keeps adding more and more unique and strategic filters which has been impressive and super helpful. I lvoed the Websights as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ZoomInfo popout for chrome is messing up all the time. It only works sometimes and is very frustrating when it doesn't. It's hard to get support for certain challenges and there's been times where I haven't heard back from support. Their info isn't always up-to-date so you always have to double check their info. I don't like the limit of intent words and phrases... Do not like teh mobile app.... everyhting is very limited. No Org charts or intent or websights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpos to gain email and contact info that is unavailable. The pop-out Chrome extension saves time in researching companies. Advanced search easily identifies key contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the contact info, ease of use, AI email generation, and data and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all. I wish the "Outreach" type platform were more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides a majority of the information I need to research and contact a client for prospecting purposes. It's a one-stop shop.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a user of ZoomInfo since the days of DiscoverOrg. I believe it's the best platform out there right now. They continue to layer on new tools and data. I use Intent keywords, WebSights and Workflows. I also have the connector to HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy could be improved on the phone numbers and even emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having better data to act on from a sales perspective. We are heavy users of intent data and it is relevant.

What do you like best about the product?
The current data, being able to search by company name, industry, contact name, department is incredibly convenient. There is always a different way to search for prospects if you try a few different ways, so don't give up on the first try if nothing comes up. The feature I like best is that I can search by "Tribal Entity" Because this is who our primary target is. I haven't found anything close to that with other applications. I'd have to just put in "Government" or "Gaming and Casinos" and narrow the list down from there. This took longer that I would have liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that could be better with zoom info is troubleshooting on my own. If there was a "how to guide" or if you are encountering this problem, try this. At times it seems like my question could be answered with a quick chat but I understand the support team is busy. I do love that I have a direct contact if I have multiply issues or challenges. Luis and Cam are the absolute BEST!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the specific feature to search by "Tribal Entity" in invaluable. Zoom Info has allowed me to reach more prospects quicker by giving this search criteria option. Intent is also very valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales has been helpful to fill in missing information from leads retrieved from tradeshows/conferences. It's also been great to use intent searches to find our ideal clients as well as some new ones. The implementation process was wonderful with step-by-step instructions and detailed meetings & ZoomInfo integrated into our CRM seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales can be quite overwhelming with so many options available but it is easy to use once shown around. Our team has thankfully had great support by ZoomInfo to help us figure out our use cases, but we still have a lot to learn. We currently log in once a month to do intent searches, but hoping touse it more frequently once we get more comfortable with the tool and know exactly how we want to use the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales has been able to help fill in missing information from leads we collect at tradeshows & it's also helped narrow down our ideal client profile.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales has been an efficient and effective way for us to grow our network by adding new contacts easily and in a streamlined manner. Being able to search the platform's website based on a variety of different factors - location, industry, valuation, title, company size, engagement level, etc. - has really enabled our small marketing firm to reach vast audiences without taking a lot of time. We're worked with other competing platforms and none of them compare with what I've experienced with ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little bit of time to learn the platform and how to navigate it, so it isn't the most user-friendly if you don't have a lot of tech/software experience. However, if you do take the time to onboard thoroughly and have a little bit of tech-savvy skills, it's not bad. But it can be intimidating. Customer support helps make it easier by answering questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest boon of ZoomInfo Sales is how effectively its streamlined our outreach. We work with a lot of different clients across different industries, curating digital and in-person events. Sales helps us hone in our audiences specific to each client effectively and with ease.
