What do you like best about the product?
The service returned a good number of results. Some services are not as thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't experience problems with ZoomInfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our firm manages fundraising campaigns for nonprofits. We use Zoominfo as a tool to find prospective donors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a test drive. I wish they had a discount for nonprofit organizations' use.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fantastic and just what I need when I'm navigating through my prospecting processes. Another, aspect is how it allows you search for companies or contacts individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I search for a company or a name that has been verified by cross referencing and it ZoomInfo does not populate any information on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of trying to locate multiple contacts within a specific title and/or account/industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend ZoomInfo for anyone prospecting Enterprise Organization and trying to multi-thread

What do you like best about the product?
It is a software that allows you to manage in a very specific way, which saves a lot of time and makes market segmentation a totally efficient process, also generates marketing analysis, which, emit detailed information about the campaigns carried out, product or service offered, strategy used, the impact caused and the public captured, thus having in the palm of the hand the possibility of contact with the target reached and following the information extracted with respect to the client the new marketing proposals are generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In specific situations the information is not usually accurate or updated but you must be aware that these are the consequences of having such a large and extensive database, it is also important to note that you do not perform a constant update, so you can present the case that people leave their position for various reasons and still appear as an available contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it basically in the departments aimed at sales and Marketing, it is an eminence to extract customer data, phone numbers, emails, addresses, among others. In such a way that ZoomInfo allows us to find and maintain potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to use but I recommend that you take your time to execute the different features it offers. Initially all its buttons and functions can be confusing and overwhelming, but just understand how to use it becomes a totally bearable tool. It is worth giving it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use and provides valuable info on contact info and tools being used
- The ability to pull lists and sort by different categories and subcategories
- Background on the lead and what their role entails
- Customer support is great and responds to any inquiries within a day
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not the prettiest site
- Can be difficult to find info on subsidiaries themselves since it will sometimes just route to the primary company
- There are some LARGE companies that have only a few employees listed
- Would like to see some more direct line #'s
- Tool use info can be vague and not specific on an individual level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Primary: finding contact info
- Secondary: determining which tools the company is using

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has MUCH better data now. Lots of difficult-to-reach largely accurate contact info!
What do you dislike about the product?
Search is still a bit kludgy and it can be a bit slow but it's not horrible. I found you had to search one field at a time. Ex: Joe Blow, then ABC Company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is much better than it was ten years ago when it was just mediocre. The quality of the data is much better and there are more direct dial numbers (including still-accurate ones) than I found with DiscoverOrg. I used ZoomInfo extensively to find the emails and direct dial numbers of high-level bank & FI execs that I couldn't get through to otherwise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For straight contact information I would choose ZoomInfo. Fact is I didn't want us to spend the money on it when it was suggested to us because I'd used it years ago and it hadn't been satisfactory. But it sure is worth the money now. It's not the best solution for *account* history, trends, intelligence, etc. but it's terrific for contact names & finding difficult-to-reach-out-to people.

Great for getting info

What do you like best about the product?
It really makes information gathering simple. All the info you need on a company/contact is concisely compiled - email addresses, titles, direct lines. Plus I appreciate the ability to export contact info directly into hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where the information is out of date. Sometimes information on a company will be merged with another making it hard to parse. When you minimize the extension, it clears the boxes that were checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes outreach incredibly easy. I don’t have to comb websites for information or call in to a company blindly. I much prefer email to a LinkedIn message and ZoomInfo gets me what I need to make that happen.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use setup and UI which is intuitive and gives you lots of info on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the tool itself is super easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps lacking info before phoning prospects, this solves that!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of using their support team to get started!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the direct lines that you guys provide. I think the amount of data with direct lines and emails is extremely helpful in my day to day job. I have used this tool before at my last company and I have found success in my role here as well as at Datadog.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Zoominfo doesn't have direct lines/emails for smaller companies. There is not much data for smaller businesses, like ranging from 5-20 employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of not having contact information about potential customers and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg contains not only a great deal of information regarding your target contacts and companies, but also provides push updates on companies or contacts your following. Included in some of these updates is info on projects that were approved and inflight or just beginning. Additionally, I loved the feature where you could create marketing lists based on company or contacts to be used in a campaign. This list can easily be parsed by city, state, region, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many, but wish there was more company details provided. For example, financials, financial statements, lines of business, competitive analysis. Also would love industry information including business and technology trends, regulations impacting the industry as well as socio-economic impacts. For example, how the current trade war is impacting manufacturers or the steel industry or farming, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create several marketing campaigns based on lists created in DiscoverOrg. This resulted in helping me to expand my territory within my region. Also assisted me in creating a list of invitees to events I help in various regions throughout the US.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take a training course or two. There are a great deal of advanced features that are extremely valuable for lead generation, list creation, scoop updates, etc.
