Great tool for prospecting!
What do you like best about the product?
It removes a lot of manual work for people in a BDR position.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite pricy, which might be a hurdle for very small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding potential customers with ease, without having to do a lot of manual research.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is excellent, it is feasible for me to keep good account and contact information. Its function is adequate because it presents me with detailed and truthful information. I can say what sastiface because it presents me with good characteristics of the panels and reports which generates a lot of information. Actually it has allowed me to Ploliferate in my sales, and sell with intelligence to the consumer. DiscoverOrg has been very rewarding for its easy handling, and provides me with good support for the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes me a little difficult because the contacts are a bit outdated, it would be good to take this point into account, for some improvements. It must be perfected, since it must be more filterable, if it has a search filter but it gives little information about the search. As for the communication is very limited, there is no greater access to it, this does not mean that it cannot resolve. Not bad at all the data can be a little more precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg we are using it in our company and it is being implemented in the sales department. It should be noted that it has been very interesting and aims to investigate the high hierarchy of the department and have effective information. This tool offers us to develop our ABM strategy. In the same way it has been effective because with this tool we have been able to identify companies, and visualize what technology they are using and even to which department to target.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg is ideal because it updates all your contacts on a daily basis and knowing that the information provided is relevant. This tool is very interesting how simple and convenient to use. It has great valuable information about traditional markets, we also use it to group companies by size. DiscoverOrg provides us with very concise and accurate data to be in contact with potential customers.
A BDR's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
If you are expected to find new logos to reach out to on a daily bases, DiscoverOrg will be your best friend. You can easily generate lists of new contacts by searching companies that are using your competitor's product, and focus in on your territory, specific titles, company size, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg is so good at providing phone numbers that occasionally they will pull a personal number and prospect prospect will get upset about being solicited on a personal number. One time I called a prospect and I get their child's cell phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could spend hours on hours searching for phone numbers, titles, and other information online. DiscoverOrg allows me to pull this information instantly.
ZoomInfo is one of the most essential tools in B2B today!
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful part about ZoomInfo is the ability to be able to prospect compile lists and verify data all at the edge of your finger tips! I love the pull down option in linked in that allows a very seamless intergration so that you can continue to prospect even when you are on a different app or different website. The prospecting never ends when im using this product and as someone who was in both a marketing and sales role will really make you come to appreciate the product and everything that it stands for! thank you so much Zoominfo and co for making our lives so much easier and we hope you continue to improve your processes and give us sales people more power!
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about ZoomInfo is few and far between. However sometimes the right customer data wont be in the system sometimes the system only gives you outdated info. Theres not much that can be done about that the only thing I could think of is a great linked in integration! better than the one that is obviouslt in place already! Again its very hard to choose a thing to dislike when everything . about the product is just so useful!

Im solving the problem of never running out of a pipeline my possibilities are limitless with zoom info! I can easily prospect all day!

It a fantastic tool to connect with prospects, It has a web portal and the chrome plugin to help us easily navigate and find the propsects info in quick time.
Great product with great accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Works really well at finding accurate details for customers and prospects. Integrates easily to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion I end up having to open in a separate instance to find the correct customer information outside of our CRM details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information for customers and prospects can be difficult. This truly helps find and identify them.

Finding emails, names, titles, and emails while quickly synching to Salesforce and importing contacts directly into accounts

I have found a lot of missing emails, wrong contact info, primarily phone numbers, and job title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sourcing contacts for sales calls, would be great if zoom info was branded better as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
more emails and contact info in general would be greatly appreciated. also, if they could broaden the scope of companies that they have on the platform. notifications would also be great if they pinged you when new contacts were available for the accounts you have looked up in the past. other than that I find the platform pretty resourceful

Can be buggy at times and the record amount and quality outside the US is not great

My experience with DiscoverOrg
What do you like best about the product?
The information held on some companies is really in depth, you can find out who the key decision makers are and what department they are in. you can also see how many employees a company has. There is also the ability to see what technologies some companies are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
i find the layout rather slow compared to other sites, the navigation is also hard.Some companies you think would be on there are not, a few people i contacted didn't work there any more but that is expected i guess.Some companies do not have contact numbers Not really much else to complain about really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales intelligence, researching companies and finding out who the key stake holders are. we also use this for email contacts for mail campaigns.there is not a high bounce rate and people seem to be opening the emails.you can also look at how much a company makes in turn over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like a database of contacts, with job titles and what role they are at then this a good product. data is pretty up to date in my opinion.The pricing we paid we more expensive than other Providers we looked at, however the data is very in depth.if you are using act on then this will benefit you as we use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info allows me to do my job. It provides me a database of emails and phone numbers that can be found through numerous filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom info has a tendency to have accurate information in terms of if an employee still works at their organization. It also sometimes has difficulties with its API to SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get the contact information of individuals who are my target audience for my organization. It has allowed me to realize the power of an email database.

It is a great tool for you to be able to scrape prospect information and allow for effective email outreach.
