The list match function is a phenomenal tool when following up on vague trade show attendee lists

I dislike the fact I only have access to one of their data sets - marketing.

Everything is streamlined and has awesome reporting capabilities. Support team is great

sometimes the SF plug in can fail and the contacts can sometimes not be readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
trying to solve org charts and correct titles. We have seen an uptick in better data and SQLs

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is great to find out who is doing what in a given company. I would agree that ZoomInfo is likely the most up-to-date compared to other similar platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I need to have a verification code sent to my mobile every time I sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to contact the people I plan to reach with from companies that have a right title for our services. I wouldn't have contacts without it to reach. Your code is extremely simple to use and our work has been made much easier by the ability to download contacts directly through salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You must get ZoomInfo if you want your sales team to be fully motivated and effective. But almost nothing I've met in competition with ZoomInfo. It is so easy to use and gets the results that you want to get in touch, engage in a discussion, and finish the deal.

Being able to find and generate more leads

What do you like best about the product?
The sheer volume of contacts and companies is impressive. The direct dial accuracy and breadth of availability is impressive, as is the technology stack the companies use. We have learned a tremendous amount about our existing prospects having used Discover.org.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is quite steep although not unrealistic for the quality of the contacts. Occasionally there are contacts who've moved on but remain in the database. Some of the segmenting/filtering options are clunky, as is the ability to readily narrow down searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been extremely helpful in showing the different technology platforms that our prospective customers already utilize. It's also been a terrific source for direct dials. Our sales team routinely relies on Discover.org to populate our database with qualified leads/opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best source of leads I've seen in the market, and I've seen a bunch. You will be able to justify the cost when you see the number of ways you'll be able to search through the records.
Great for targeted prospecting and streamlining your workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo integrates with all of the tools I use as a sales professional with widgets and plugins so I don't have to open 4 different tabs to do my job. As a result, it eliminates a ton of manual work. You can set up targeted prospecting lists as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to take several training courses to become an efficient end-user. there are a lot of helpful features that most people don't know about unless they ask or attend training webinars. It is very expensive to bulk upload contacts in SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
building targeted prospecting lists is helping me to tailer messaging to prospects in my territory. it has helped me save time by eliminating manual work, cut down on research time, and fill in missing information.

take the time to get efficiently trained by your rep to learn all the tips and tricks... don't try to figure it out on your own because it can do a lot more than you think!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has helped us do a lot of helpful prospecting. As commercial brokers, we are constantly looking for new clients and the most helpful thing in identifying new clients in being able to have access to their contact phone numbers, addresses and emails. ZoomInfo, so far, has been very good at providing that information from us and it has saved us a lot of time and effort in being able to get all that information from one website.
What do you dislike about the product?
My office has been pretty disappointed with the merge that ZoomInfo is doing with DiscoverOrg. This is only because the price for us has increased quite significantly. We are looking in to other options in terms of software that could do just as much as ZoomInfo for less of the price. Granted, this has been difficult, due to the fact that ZoomInfo is so comprehensive. Nevertheless, we are still upset about the dramatic price increase and may not stay with ZoomInfo long term for that reason. We have also been all sharing one user as an office to cut down on price (thus the name Martin Brannon on our profile), which goes to show how pricey this software is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated above, ZoomInfo has been a great one stop shop in terms of prospecting and looking for new clients. Before we started using ZoomInfo, we would go to three, four, or five different websites to find everything that we needed on the company we were researching. ZoomInfo has, therefore, cut our research time in half, which has been really great. Overall, we are pleased with ZoomInfo and hopeful that we can keep it, despite the price increase.

Really great product for our sales team!
What do you like best about the product?
We can really target our ideal users by sorting and setting criteria, plus we can pay for only certain demographics or users so we don't need to purchase leads that don't fit our target. It's easy to export and use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some sorting features missing, selecting only users that have a connected LinkedIn account or removing contacts that are already in our user-base, although we can see that they have been previously contacted..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it really easy to give our sales reps calling lists. As a small company, it's hard to put a lot of time into creating lists when there are so many other priorities as well, but DiscoverOrg helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the Zoominfo for me is the chrome extension. It saves a lot of time to be able to quickly gain basic information on a company or to contact every other page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the match can be off and nothing can be found when you find what you need in a simple manual search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to easily gather contact information such as telephone numbers or company e-mails for friends that left fake information or misleads and streamlines my day so much better than it was before.
