Great info, game changer
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to run a search & have the entire org structure at your fingertips to really be able to work an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were filters for regions or metropolitan areas.

Not being able to resize search columns makes viewing larger titles difficult.

Finding targets based on certain filters and staying up to date on where the new prospects are based on funding rounds or technology use.

Insights on company technologies, scoops, and contact information. Workflows functionality to identify/follow companies in a tactful way for engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of direct integration with SalesLoft. I have to duplicate tasks from my CRM to then import into Salesloft - not automatically updated.

Intent Signals. Technologies and Attributes. Scoops. Contact Details. Complementary tool with LinkedIn research.

I recommend looking into it, especially for your sales team.
Six months in, this tool continues to be useful
What do you like best about the product?
I love just the vastness of information available to me within this tool. So many possibilities! The dedicated support that we have is also essential. The integration with Salesforce is also a huge time saver. Lookalike companies has been useful for us as well. I really appreciate all of the training that DiscoverOrg has offered to us. Not just for the tool itself, but sales training in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit prohibitive. Our CEO only okayed the purchase of one tech stack, but the contacts I need tend to straddle other job fuctions. I would really like to be able to share lists that I've created through advanced search with other users. I know that I can export and share, but it would be very helpful to start an advanced search, start plugging in search parameters, and share it with my collagues for their input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts has been a game changer. Scoops and OppAlerts have also enabled us to find companies in need of our solution that were not previously on our radar. We are also able to find companies using our competitors' solutions and better tailor our strategy.

Quickly and easily find contact information about prospects. Build contact lists by territory and by industry and more.

There is nothing I can think of that I dislike. For they type of tool it is, it meets my requirements.

Building custom prospect lists to market to. Getting all contact information, email, phone, web, everything you need.

Discover.org and Zoominfo have fundamentally changed the way businesses are investigating and selling to potential customers. The app offers various ways to find contacts and identify possible leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our internal network, which led our company to develop tailored training materials with the help of Discover.org, blocks the vendors used by Discover.org for providing training and websinar services.

We value the close relationship with the team that has established a leading marketing acquisition platform. The site is organized intuitively and of high quality for our corporate marketing. Our use of data at discover.org has helped our company to attract new customer relations and grow our business.

Great update about capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
It saves countless hours in searching for and gathering information. Also - I am confident that the information is CURRENT. So much of what you can find in other places online is outdated. The ability to see org charts has also been extremely helpful in figuring out who to contact for best results. You might know one person in the company but have trouble finding the decision maker. This makes it so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am fairly new to this platform but so far the things that frustrate me have more to do with our subscription limitations rather than the capability of the system. I see that information is often locked but again - that is not a system fault!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that it easily syncs information that is pertinent to our business directly into our CRM system and the weekly reports on Opps are priceless. The ability to export to CRM saves us countless hours of painfully tedious data entry.

This tool saves hours and gives you up to date data at the touch of a button. Makes prospecting easy! Definitely set up weekly opportunity alerts to be sent to your inbox for easy access to potential business opportunities.

Great discoverorg contact information and easy to upload into tellwise call campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating email templates the spacing is off or changes sometimes. Especially if you write an email in word and copy and paste into tel wise the format and spacing is altered and has to be refixed

able to reach more real contacts with correct phone and email contact information. love the scoops and alerts helps us get notified what companies are doing or looking at.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to look at accounts and identify the right contacts. Its great Intel when prospecting and identifying target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
That info isn't always accurate, but thats understandable. Some accounts aren't built out as well as others.

We are targeting the right people and finding the right people quicker because of discover.org.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides a fast, and efficient method of obtaining contact details for prospects. A useful Chrome plugin means you don't even have to leave someone's LinkedIn profile to get their direct line number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever-changing rules, and limits. From an infinite search amount, down to 2,000/month, to 20,000/month, and seemingly now back to infinite?
Correct and up-to-date details becoming harder to find. Strangely seems to be happening as they introduce higher tier plans for more information.

ZoomInfo is currently part of the core BAU process for my team. We reach out to some 15,000 prospects a month, and 90% of their contact information comes from ZoomInfo.

Be certain of how many user licenses you need.
