Good for finding contact info / leads
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate. I can pull reports searching for certain types of prospects. And I can find additional prospects within an already identified account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is generally current but not always - there is a lag sometimes which is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to identify individuals to target and their contact information. Also trying to identify companies to target in various geographic regions or verticals.

Ability to create a contact from the database straight into CRM in an intelligent way

Sometimes data for the companies is outdated

Research and account development. Great feature of having hierarchy in accounts.

Zoom Info is the real deal
What do you like best about the product?
Search tool have been invaluable and combined with ability to easily synch with our CRM has almost made prospecting a joy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just a little broader number contacts/roles. For example, I needed to pull a list together of Project Managers and felt that the database was a little think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling contacts and other valuable data easily into our CRM is a problem solved which has in turn saved time and increased me sales.

Confirming people who work at the company, getting their ph# and email address, confirming what technologies they use.

Nothing comes to mind as I find the solution quite helpful in my prospecting efforts

Updated contacts, the hierarchy is visible and has relevance for our business

few contacts here and there are not visible. but not something that i can't live with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in the sales team and now with Covid 19 there is a lot of manpower movement. and Zoominfo helps me reach out to them and look for changes.

The amount of fresh data and the depth of it.

Working with our antiquated data. We had to overwrite a lot of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a 15-year-old database that had so many different employees touching it over the years. We needed to fill the gaps, add fresh accurate data, and overwrite the business and contact information that was no longer relevant.
Saves tons of time, but still not 100% on the validity of the contact info.
What do you like best about the product?
I save an incredible amount of time using Zoom info. Everything I need to know about the organization is in one place. I used to 'scrape' emails from company websites and it would take hours. Zoom Info morphed my prospecting time from exclusively email scraping into actual discovery about the organization. In short, Zoom Info has tremendously increased my ability to build my pipeline efficiently. It's like I have an army of BDR's under me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I recently switched jobs and I used Zoom Info to check out my last organization, where I invested 6 years. I found that job titles and organizational hierarchy on Zoom Info was fairly different. If I tried to reach a decision maker using exclusively Zoom Info, I would be 1-2 degrees removed, but still within the same ballpark. Since my work is cyclical, I'm nervous to rely 100% on Zoom Info. If my email campaigns aren't successful in reaching the right people, I'll have to wait another year. Therefore, I find myself building trust with Zoom Info by cross-checking with the information provided on the prospective company's website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving several problems by using ZoomInfo:
-Not all company websites publicly display available contact information for the organization I'm interested in.
-Not all companies use a formula (i.e. first name + last name@company.com) -- some companies integrate a middle initial so there's no way I can reach out to that person

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily get the contact information of decision makers. It saves me a lot of time when I do Sales Development
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price. You get value for the spend, but it is still a significant expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes that database is a year behind. I'll search a name and later discover that they left the company a year ago.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are taking sales/ lead generation seriously, use ZoomInfo.
Next level sales technology is remarkable.

Contact automation is amazing. It is a true blend of the salesperson and technology.

Nothing to dislike. If you work with the recommendation from the presenters you will have amazing results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest plus for me is the ability to identify potential companies and dive into the contacts.
