Great database for contacts - very accurate
What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of information is pretty good and the ability to import contact information to Salesforce makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have much info on smaller companies - hard to find contact info on these ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting contact information for prospects quickly and integrating that information into my CRM easily. It saves me time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a database to find leads and their contact information, ZoomInfo is really helpful. I have found the contact information to be very accurate, and the search filters are very helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and accuracy of the information while prospecting. I like how it integrates with SFDC so that I don't have to create an account manually... But it is missing some features i would like to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo does not let me know if the account is already in SFDC at a glance like LinkedIn does. LinkedIn has an icon next to the contact or the account showing that it is already in SFDC. I have to click export and then click off of a box that appears and if I want to see who has the account in SFDC I have to click on a link that sends me to the account. It would be nice to see at least that that account is already in SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is huge for me as a SMB AE. I have to add multiple accounts everyday and link the correct prospect contacts to the account so that I can begin to contact them. At scale I can complete that task very quickly, saving time to spend contacting the desired contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
adding in the feature of quickly being able to see if the account already exists in SFDC

I would like to have more keyword search capabilities. I still need to do a fair bit of refining to get to the correct contact

It would be great to have some headlines about the organization as far as new hires or if they are hiring what role are they looking to fill. Also, some more generic keyword search capabilities from the general search criteria

What do you like best about the product?
The breadth and depth of the information available is incredible, but, the organization and attention to detail in the UI/UX is the real game changer. Love the integrations with major CRM and outreach products.
What do you dislike about the product?
List Match wait time is understandable but not ideal. If there is a faster/more efficient way to provide the requested information it would make my 9 magically become a 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality, relevant, detailed contact info for prospects is typically difficult to find. Not with ZoomInfo. I save a ton of time on research and the efficacy of my outreach efforts has is exponentially better.

Zoom info is helping me identify the right contacts for me in new prospective customers. It is helping me maximize time in the COVID pandemic. I'm spending more time calling and emailing rather that searching for the right contact.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo intent searches are unique, but take a bit of work to use effectively. The primary differentiator for me is their extensive database. Looking for the director of widget control at xyz small business in hometown USA? Zoominfo has their work phone, cell phone, and personal email address! (a bit scary)
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that you get what you pay for, but wow, zoominfo is expensive. I would say its the mercedes of B2B databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our verified lead generation has increased more than we care to measure at this point. Easily 100x growth. We use it every day, and it really does everything they advertise.
