Overall, ZoomInfo is a great tool to quickly & easily look up contact info of an individual.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to build lists easily and accurately. Its very easy to use and the layout works well. There are a lot of companies listed, and most times I can find who I'm looking for. I've told many people about this software, and I think its great that you can get someones mobile phone number very easily. Also most the time the email address is accurate as well. Another benefit is the org charts and the way to search which IT software/hardware they use. This helps when having a conversation with the individual, and referencing what they have and how we can help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not accurate, which is why I cross reference with Linkedln. I also submitted that someone wasnt working at the organization, and they actually passed away, but I don't believe it was ever removed from the company listing. This can be embarrassing as I'm calling someone who has passed away, and also asking for them. I've noticed that Zoom sometimes assumes that an email follows the same structure as other emails in the company, but some of the C-Level contacts, typically have an email address that is unique, and different from the standard email address others have in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with the individual instead of the gate keeper. Being able to get in direct contact with the individual instead of the gate keeper, save me a lot of time and hassle. Another great feature is the ability to create accurate/organized target lists.

Builds lists, verify info on Linkedln, and start sellings!

I like that the platform gives you direct dials and email addresses which are pretty accurate.

I would like it if it offered real time alerts when your organizations post content.

ZoomInfo helps me to see an organizations hierarchy which helps me understand where decisions are being made. I can see where the decision makers are. I have realized the benefit in the time I save in doing research.

This tool is essential for anyone in a marketing, sales or research role. It reduces your research time and allows you to hone your messaging in a way that makes sense to the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI, Zoominfo is incredibly easy to navigate and has the information you need in front of you in a matter of a couple of clicks. It can be accessed from every device whether you're at home, at the office or in the field. It also has key partnerships with CRM's and other softwares making it very easy to work without disruption. There's also a diverse toolkit of customer support ranging from videos, webinars, trainings, and courses. Zoom provides you the resources to enhance your proficiency in their software and best utilize all the features they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations in exporting data from Zoom to Salesforce, sometimes the lead lists I am working on are in the hundreds and I am only able to export 50 at a time. There's also been a couple of situations were my organization has had issues accessing the software or disruptions in use. When the DiscoverOrg merge happened and the log in process changed, we were not aware of the difference and all of our users had issues accessing the software for an entire business day. We had to use time and company resources to walk everyone through the new process.

ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg is crucial to my organizations lead research and development activities. The moment we get stuck or are not able to conventionally find the correct contact, Zoom always facilitates that process and reenergizes our pursuit by providing us multiple channels of communication and information about company's that fit our customer profile.

We've had Zoominfo for about 3 years and it has allowed our company to increase our market reach, with information accessible to you in minutes from the office to the field. Take the time to understand the features they offer so that your organization can utilize the software to its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see someone's contact information when browsing through LinkedIn profiles. The extensive filters often help me find someone's contact information or cell phone listed under their past company. I really enjoy using the google chrome extension while browsing through Linkedin Sales Navigator. It typically yields fast and easy results! I am also a huge fan of the organzational charts provided. Sometimes prospects are not listed on linkedin but are listed in zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot or maybe too much to explore now that the two companies have merged? I never really go out of my way to look through intent data because I can't tell how accurate it is or the logic behind the scores. Not much of a dislike just an observation. I dislike when the contact information is missing or there's no cell phone number for a contact. Now that everyone is working from home, it's hard to reach folks through their desk lines. I also wish there was a copy button next to phone numbers and email addresses in the chrome extension itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to meet with prospective customers and reach key executives to further maintain relationships between my organization and future clients. The major benefits of using this platform come from the cell phone numbers provided. Using a prospects' cell phone to contact said person usually results in a conversation, whereas office numbers are hard to get through.
ZoomInfo is a powerful tool but needs some tweaking.

Exporting accounts and contacts is a simple process.

There are a lot of things that can be done with this product if you have the time to delve into it. It is very robust.

Things I dislike:
Locations and Hierarchy setup. ZI only populates the HQ info and doesn't allow you to select a branch. Often times this info is outdated.
As with all tools like this, there are discrepancies in the data accuracy, in paarticular in regards to acquisitions/name changes/parent changes.
Service has some gaps as I have been through 2 reps and 3 CSM's in the short time since we have signed on. There is a lot of passing around to different departments as far as troubleshooting and quite a bit of backlog to get an appointment to troubleshoot.

ZoomInfo has been a tremendous help in getting our SFDC data cleaned up on both accounts and contacts. Pulling data by duplicate Zoominfo company ID's has allowed us to find duplicates to merge, find stale data to remove and parent child affiliate records.
We will also be using it to refresh our contacts and find that to be an easy process.
