What do you like best about the product?
I would definitely recommend ZoomInfo. The tool is easy to use and the team is very hands on and supportive. They ensure your team feels enabled and consistently work to optimize your use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the account view of a company relative to intent data could be easier to find within the tool (searchable).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enriching data we get at events that are lacking email address and other relevant information.

Data quality is usually correct but occasionally I get the wrong emails - which is understandable when working with contact data where people are constantly changing jobs.

Enriching/appending/correcting lead data - which is key to measuring marketing team goals and ensuring leads get routed to the correct sales teams. Bring new leads in our target market into our database.

ZoomInfo is easy to use and allows me to obtain contacts to companies to make connection with. I am able to constantly get the information I looking for with easy.

That I do not get enough information from ZoomInfo on key role players like phone numbers and busy emails.

The problem ZoomInfo solve for me is that it provides me a contact for a company when the contact I use to have has moved on.

It is very useful especially you are in sales, marketing or lead generation field.It gives accurate data and saves lot of time while searching in other products. It has real time data and advanced search features.

Sometimes data's are not correct and duplicating and little expensive for new users.

It helps to verifying the data's and saves time. It gives more leads to productive teams.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for ZoomInfo is to help me with prospecting into accounts and getting contact information. It also enables me to quickly import contacts into SalesLoft.
What is most valuable?
The best features that ZoomInfo offers include the integration with LinkedIn which is one of the best features because that means when I'm prospecting and researching, I can easily find the right contacts. I also love the feature that enables me to see who's more likely to respond via email or via call. It's not always 100% accurate but it helps me level up and do the right method of outreach to the right person.
Additionally, I love the integration features that I can easily integrate with the software that I need such as SalesLoft, so I can quickly import the contacts.
ZoomInfo positively impacts my organization because it helps us do prospecting which in turn helps us get meetings, opportunities and revenue.
What needs improvement?
I think ZoomInfo can be improved because their number accuracy is still an issue. It's not specific to ZoomInfo; it's the same across the board with competitors. I can call up numbers and they can be incorrect, or sometimes the emails might not work, so even though it's great software, there's still errors with the contact information they're providing.

I've been using ZoomInfo for about six months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
ZoomInfo is super stable in my experience. It's very reliable and easy to use.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
ZoomInfo's scalability is great because you can use it with as many different users as you want and everyone has the same functionality, so it's fully scalable.
How are customer service and support?
I don't know how ZoomInfo's customer support is, as I've never needed to call them.

I didn't use a previous solution before.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup with ZoomInfo is super easy because you just log in with the account and then you're good to go. It's a very straightforward mechanism.
What was our ROI?
I've seen a return on investment with ZoomInfo because it definitely saves me hours of work when I'm prospecting in terms of the ability to quickly get the data and import it where I need.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing ZoomInfo, we evaluated other options as an organization. We looked at things such as Lusha. However, I'm not the decision maker, so this wasn't a decision that I made. That was done by senior management.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using ZoomInfo is to make sure that whatever software you're onboarding has the integrations that you need, the usability and also the most accurate data.
On a scale of 1-10, I rate ZoomInfo an 8 out of 10.
Easy to use, more trusted contacts than other options
What do you like best about the product?
- HubSpot integration and notification to ensure you don't duplicate ingestion of new contacts;
- Insights around who's visiting your websites;
- Generally reliable contact information, including more stable than other "free" options like Apollo
- Contact search using lists of companies makes targeting very straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes you ingest contacts and later find there's no attributable email address, but I've wasted credits on that
- Inability to see a more full list of entities visiting our website
- Targeting tools are not useful for our SaaS vertical due to lack of related search terms

Populates our CRM with contact information of B2B sales leads for outreach. Identifying organizations looking at our website.
Great to see an improved product
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales with Copilot gives our sales directors the information they need for their targeted accounts so they reach out at the right time to the right people. I'm very impressed with how useful it is, as opposed to other AI products whose marketing far exceeds their capabilities. ZoomInfo has broadened its scope, making it an easier product to use for both admins and sales. I was especially impressed with their onboarding process - it was thorough and well-communicated. I also get consistently great support from our Account Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only run into a few issues with its Salesforce integration, and it's only because I'd like it to do something that it doesn't currently do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right target accounts is always a challenge, and ZoomInfo has solid industry and contact data to help us find the right accounts. Once identified for each sales director, CoPilot tells them every day which of their target accounts is showing intent, helping them decide when it's time to reach out and what's the best message.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows me to easily find information on prospects that I need to reach out to. It's super easy to use and it's made it' s way into my daily routine when scrubbing through accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be blunt, it's quite amazing as is. I don't think any changes are needed.

Its helping me bridge the gap of information for prospects I am outreaching to.
