Simplifing the sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see who viewed emails. Cadences for speicif pilots.

The load time can be long when loading accounts and people.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive UI and how easy it is to move people to other cadences/cadence steps.

Some of the load times can be quite long.

Having all prospects in on tool makes it easy to track the engagement and follow up in the best way.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a valuable tool that helps with organization and efficiency. I love setting up task and reminders for myself, as well as the cadence feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending out calendar invites can be pretty glitchy.

What do you like best about the product?
First - the software itself really helps my day of emailing, and prospecting while keeping me organized and structured

Second, the support is fantastic Salesloft really makes it easy to find info from their online library of useful things. If you still can't find what you need the support responds quickly and gives the feedback needed. They often will tell me I can't do X but will provide a workaround that provides me what I am looking for. They have live call ins as well where users can ask the questions and or get more training on a specific area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing per se I dislike- one example of things to improve on if I set a task to do and then complete that task it should prompt me automatically to make a new reminder in the future. So this way when I complete a task I'm either converting that lead or another follow up down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I need to prospect to many people I am able to do this efficiently with Salesloft. I can customized my experience to the personas I am targeting I can create various cadences accordingly.
They also provide examples of cadences and shows me what needs to get done that day

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and that it actually delivers (very few glitches). It is very reliable

I had problems in cloning, editing and adding steps to existing cadences.

It simplifies the management of dealing with many leads from different sources by creating cadences and treating each group accordingly

What do you like best about the product?
It just makes the life of prospecting so much easier from start to finish. I wouldn't manage a team without it. So many great features for reporting on different KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the CRM integrations need some work still. Their main integration is SalesForce, which I've heard works very well, and they have okay integrations with HubSpot and Dynamics, but both of these need so work. Unless you have one of these two, you're out of luck unless you use a third party to connect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it a lot easier to follow up on different actions and effectivaly prospect. Cadences are super easy to create and customise which makes the life of a SDR a lot easier.
