Great platform for outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the tasks and cadences on a daily basis, it helps me structure my outreach in a clear fashion and makes me more productive every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to send out a linkedin request without text, that is not needed often, but would be a good add on for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me structure my outreach better, create analytics for my cold calling and mailing activities and helps me track conversations with prospects.

The ease of access and ability to track emails

Sometimes it doesn't record calls and I have no way of hearing them

The ability to hear and study past phone calls on what worked and what didn't.
Great outbound analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly and responsive Salesloft is. I like the ease of navigating through activities and tasks and that I can see all of the outcomes associated with my outbound efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I am manually logging activities in two databases, so that feels ineffective, but I am working on a solution and I think Salesloft will be able to support a smooth sync between the systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is providing outcome analytics on my outbound efforts and that helps my manager and I see how effective sales strategies, email language and more are.
I resisted using SalesLoft initially- my adoption was definitely slow.
What do you like best about the product?
It's grown on me and I've realized the value it provides in time savings and the analysis of prospecting campaigns. The ability to organize prospecting campaigns is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as easy to use when on the road, but slowly learning the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
whether or not specific sales campaigns are working- down to the specific cadence step
Keeps prospects AND reps engaged while giving real-time feedback on outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft keeps you in front of your prospect- cadences keep prospects from falling through cracks, transferring accounts and prospects from Salesforce is seamless, lets you know when emails bounce, keeps track of data for accounts and prospects over time, while still being user-friendly and smooth-flowing. It's great to see prospect interactions and fruit from labor put in as well. Love the analytics tool, too. Keeps my team and me on top of our output and helps us see what we need to improve on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really am struggling to find something negative to say about Salesloft- I guess if I have to say something, it's that it's super easy to double-import contacts and can get a little convoluted with unnecessary data. Sometimes, I also wish there was a liiiittle more time to cancel-send on an email, but they give plenty of time. The occasional glitch or errors when you need to move contacts to other steps.. but for the most part, I love SL!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft keeps me from letting prospects fall through cracks - allows me to set tasks for when I need to re-engage and to keep up with OOO contacts. It helps me keep track of activity and success and to see what areas need work through metrics. Being able to see what gets opened and if links are clicked is a huge help, too, to see engagement.

Having to get a manager to make edits to current cadences and produce new ones

Tracking read receipts and clicks, peak call times

Nothing really; if any improvements could be made to cadences would be good

What do you like best about the product?
Maintaining a record of all the communicative modes like call records, emails and text messages is efficient. Its integration with salesforce is yet another best thing about SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we cannot check if the person has opened our text messages or not. It would improve just as the email system is set up to notify us whenever a customer opens it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is a big time problem solver as it helps us get coached through live studio, makes the best calling software with least issues, and keeping a track of all the conversations in record.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the notifications when prospects open emails, kept track of activities, and email cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not intuitive and it's very hard to figure out how to put together the cadences. There is not a calendar drop down and I have to count the days between cadences.

Straightforward direction, simple interface.

Follow-up emails are not possible unless a cadence is created. no CC option on Emails
