Super easy to use and can do most of your work directly in salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
Easily calling from salesforce. It's simple, but not every product is able to do that. Our team also uses hubspot and the dialing in hubspot and salesmessage is worse and cannot be used directly in salesforce!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to set up cadences and get some team members trained on it, but that's because it's so robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is driving our outbound and inbound sales strategy. It has saved us so much time by automating much of our communication and workflows. It's also very nice to be able to call directly in Salesforce through the chrome extension

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is an excellent tool for anyone in sales or customer service. It helps us coordinate and streamline our communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find haven't found anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep our communications organized. It helps us manage our outreach to prospects and to see how many times we have reached out to specific prospects. The data regarding open rates, click rates, replies and meetings booked is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that the Salesloft platform has considerably improved both the internal communication of the organization as well as the communication with our customers; it has tools that allow us to create personalized messages that can end up adapting to the needs and interests of potential customers or even individual customers that we are interested in contacting. This platform provides us with significant data analysis reports daily, allowing us to follow up on the messaging performance, evaluate the possibility and identify opportunities for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few relevant dislikes that I could have of the Salesloft platform. However, the first is that it generally tends to slow the forum. Otherwise, there are many benefits that it has brought to our organization; the second dislike is that the platform does not integrate seamlessly with other tools or systems, which ends up becoming a problem at some point in any organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many benefits that we have had thanks to the Salesloft platform, among which we can mention that we now have a sales center that handles and automates many of the daily tasks of the sales functions, we have robust and effective email automation, the collaboration between the team has improved significantly. Overall, Salesloft keeps me organized daily with new lead outreach. One of the most significant benefits we have had is the time savings from having the opportunity to create new templates and customize them for when I need to send an email.

Ability to create cadences, tracking my team's data and analytics, all outreach on one platform

Sometimes the individual rep is given too much freedom within the platform to do as they want

Targeted outreach and consistent follow-up with prospects. Helps keep my team members organized and on top of their daily activities
Terrific productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking my work. It keeps me on point to my goals. I like seeing when my emails are opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow to load up. This is only recently. The feed and analytics are taking too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can lose track of old notes. I love when someone reopens an email from far back in the past and I am notified.
Excellent tool for keeping track of touchpoints
What do you like best about the product?
Has a super easy layout to navigate as well as a powerful cadence engine to make sure that you are hitting the right touchpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a contact has DNC turned on they aren't able to be put in a Cadence. Would be great if there were two seperate DNC, one for marketing and one for eveything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it so I don't need to remember or set reminders of when to RO to clients. All automated with loaded templates and responses and makes it super simple.
Salesloft - The game changer your company needs to sell more!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows me to run cadences with steps focused on emails, linkedin invites, cold-calling. This way I can organise my strategies and also follow what my team is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never had any bad experiences with SalesLoft, in fact, this is the best tool I've ever used in the sales industry.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows me and my team to prospect with quality moves but also in great volume. Having daily tasks to start your day helps you keep track of all strategies happening at the same time

Scheduled emails and making mass completing of steps easy

Inability to mass apply templates. If I have 30 emails, would make it much more efficient to apply same template one time rather than each one individually

Salesloft is super easy to use and keep track of various sales leads, from the ability to tag leads to customizing specific cadences for different groups of prospects it is very easy to stay organized
What do you dislike about the product?
One way in which salesloft can improve is the functionality of the call back feature, having these call backs come in more consistently would benefit the overall experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that salesloft has solved is its reminder feature, allowing reminders to show up on the home page makes it easy to track follow ups and people you need to reconnect with
Ease of use - Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and adaptation periods for Sales and Sales Development reps are always way less than competitors. I've been integrating and using SalesLoft with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrated the solution three times with CRM systems in the last four years and had the chance to see the changes closely. Automation rules were a bit of on the weaker side but seeing with latest update and tests, this one is also got better and more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding being repetitive and annoying for our reps with automation rules in place is helpful. We leveraged Customer Success playbooks and avoided being flagged as spam.
