Salesloft has been invaluable for me as both an SDR and then as an Account Manager.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and user experience with the UI.
Integration to Salesforce is a massive selling point - helped streamline my workflow.
Notifications of hot leads and trends are great for qualifying candidates and cadence effectiveness.

What do you dislike about the product?
Credit issues and performance problems with the softphone. Could be an integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily helping with engagement and driving sales activity. Great for cold outreach but also for nurturing leads and current customers. It has been great for AB testing for different outreach activities

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Salesloft is to use and master. Its features, such as the ability to share email templates and track who opened which emails, make communication simple yet effective by allowing us to send highly personalised messages at scale. In addition, Vidyard's easy-to-use interface makes it effortless to integrate video into our conversations, while providing users with helpful sample messages for follow-up reminders reassures customers that we are committed to customer care.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the fact that Salesloft's interface was sometimes not very intuitive. For example, in order to dial, you had to click on one section and then go to another side for the dialer, constantly moving between two sections rather than having everything you needed in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me automate my communication with new customers, making it easier for me to connect in a more strategic way. I've been able to use the reports to monitor changes and adjust the cadences I build accordingly.
Love the Tool and Features but Performance is sometimes a Issue
What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot the functions and features. The ability to copy or create cadences helps a lot. Also the direkt plug in to salesforce is a big bonus. Overall very easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance and reliability. Sometimes it is very laggy or slow. Seldom it also occurs that calls are not logged or the system just crashes while uploading contacts to cadances.
Currently I am also struggling with the function when you are getting an inbound call. You can hear it ring but to pop up to pick up sometimes doesnt show which means i can pick up the inbound call.

To keep track of all my calls, mails and meetings booked. Which actions have i already had with which stakeholder at which date and time.

Salesloft is used for my Job!
What do you like best about the product?
The overview and easieness of finding my way through Salesloft! It is simply really easy to use and the quality of the product is good! However, I have never used a competitor, hence, I can not compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the quality of my calls is not as good as I could wish for. However, overall to summarize, it is a good product. Moreover, there is a lot of Information i have to process on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the Calling issue for me. I use this tool in order to reach my contacts and therefore, I can track whom I already called and which one I still need to contact.

The experience using Salesloft in my company has been positive; as a sales automation platform, it has improved our efficiency and productivity by automating many sales processes that we previously had to perform manually. Thanks to this tool, we have efficiently managed our sales pipeline, established personalized and automated email cadences for our prospects, and followed up and coordinated meetings with the sales team and even with potential customers. Another thing I appreciate is its ability to integrate with other sales tools and technologies we already use; this has allowed us more agility and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
A clear obstacle could be its price; it is a bit expensive tool compared to other alternatives in the market. Also, the initial setup process is a bit complex, and it usually takes some time for new users to become thoroughly familiar with the platform.

It has been a highly beneficial tool within my organization, as it has allowed me to automate a large part of the sales processes and increase the efficiency and productivity of the sales teams. By using this tool, we have effectively managed the pipeline, established personalized and automated email cadences for prospects, conducted follow-ups and coordinated meetings with potential customers, all in a single platform that is intuitive and easy to use. Salesloft is a tool that provides a lot of useful capabilities for sales teams to plan, execute, and keep an eye on their sales communication. Its main feature is an email cadence planner, but it also works with other tools such as CRM and prospecting applications, social networks, and a softphone for scheduling phone calls. It's particularly useful for roles like SDRs and BDRs, who focus heavily on outward communication. With Salesloft, creating inbound messages based on content or sales/lead funnels is easy. You can use its native reporting system or connect to many CRMs through reporting, which is great for managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, Salesloft can be demanding on computers with limited processing capability. After entering a lot of contacts, you may experience a performance lag. Changing cadence steps and applying them to scheduling, automation, and multi-step features might also be a bit buggy, but modifying the content works smoothly.

In sales, it's essential to handle a large volume of calls in quick succession, and it's also useful to review all those chats/emails in the same place. With Salesloft, you can keep a centralized record of your daily prospect outreach, which is fantastic. You can even save templates and modify them to fit your needs. It enabled me to review my colleagues prospects and build skill-oriented teams.

SalesLoft makes the sales process simple and efficient, allowing teams to get up and running quickly. Its easy-to-use interface is incredibly intuitive, allowing everyone on a team to be productive within weeks. In addition, Salesloft streamlines prospecting by easily managing contact calendars between leads and prospects. The analytics available allow marketing teams to refine their strategies, ultimately freeing up sales reps to spend more time closing deals rather than writing copy. All in all, it's an invaluable tool that delivers great results!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the speed of Salesloft to be a bit of an issue when dealing with multiple clients. It would be nice for it to be faster so that reports can be produced without delay in situations where time is of the essence. Also, the time it takes to import call logs is sometimes excessive; streamlining this process could make my job a lot easier.

Salesloft helps me stay in control of my sales calls by giving me the data I need to make more informed decisions. By providing real-time insights, I can take proactive steps when communicating with prospects and tailor messages accordingly.
Super easy to use and can do most of your work directly in salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
Easily calling from salesforce. It's simple, but not every product is able to do that. Our team also uses hubspot and the dialing in hubspot and salesmessage is worse and cannot be used directly in salesforce!

It does take some time to set up cadences and get some team members trained on it, but that's because it's so robust.

SalesLoft is driving our outbound and inbound sales strategy. It has saved us so much time by automating much of our communication and workflows. It's also very nice to be able to call directly in Salesforce through the chrome extension

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is an excellent tool for anyone in sales or customer service. It helps us coordinate and streamline our communications.

I find haven't found anything that I don't like.

It is helping us keep our communications organized. It helps us manage our outreach to prospects and to see how many times we have reached out to specific prospects. The data regarding open rates, click rates, replies and meetings booked is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that the Salesloft platform has considerably improved both the internal communication of the organization as well as the communication with our customers; it has tools that allow us to create personalized messages that can end up adapting to the needs and interests of potential customers or even individual customers that we are interested in contacting. This platform provides us with significant data analysis reports daily, allowing us to follow up on the messaging performance, evaluate the possibility and identify opportunities for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few relevant dislikes that I could have of the Salesloft platform. However, the first is that it generally tends to slow the forum. Otherwise, there are many benefits that it has brought to our organization; the second dislike is that the platform does not integrate seamlessly with other tools or systems, which ends up becoming a problem at some point in any organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many benefits that we have had thanks to the Salesloft platform, among which we can mention that we now have a sales center that handles and automates many of the daily tasks of the sales functions, we have robust and effective email automation, the collaboration between the team has improved significantly. Overall, Salesloft keeps me organized daily with new lead outreach. One of the most significant benefits we have had is the time savings from having the opportunity to create new templates and customize them for when I need to send an email.
