Call and email analysis improved my outreach - Salesloft data is great!
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allows me to maintain an orderly and quickly accessible customer database (with customizable fields and filtering options). In addition, I can communicate with customers via email without leaving the platform, thereby expanding my business channels. The ability to record and analyze calls has allowed me to see my errors and avoid them in the future, as we use the data in our sales coaching sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program's performance must be increased because it frequently crashes while I deal with multiple clients simultaneously, causing me to be "substantially" behind schedule. In addition, uploading call logs to the database is time-consuming, not allowing me to analyze the calls immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is user-friendly, and it's enabled our sales team to boost client engagement, streamline communication with stakeholders, and close more deals by improving data management, reporting, and decision-making.
Salesloft and Hubspot integration boosted our BD and Sales teams.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has proven to be an effective tool for our business development and sales teams in improving their outreach efforts. The platform allows our team to prioritize cadences and customize their emails, and phone calls and use social media (like LinkedIn messaging) to align with the daily routines of their contacts. The SalesForce interface provides the same flexibility and reliability level, with automation rules during the prospecting phase to maintain data integrity and reduce the frequency of human interaction. Tracking the metrics that matter most has also become more efficient with integrating LinkedIn. SalesLoft's support team is always accessible to answer questions and solve potential product problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although workflow management has fallen behind SalesLoft's competitors, integrating SalesLoft with other marketing tools (Salesforce, Hubspot) could make adding connections and prospects easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a platform that makes it easier to set cadences, gives BDRs ownership of their prospect lists, and opens up opportunities for optimizing our sales engagement. Our team has successfully bosted the platform's adoption across the business by effectively managing prospects for our BDR and Sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the cadences that can be created for my BDRs. This help saves time and can also show the statistics on who reads them and clicks on the links. My team doesn't waste time sending emails cause they can all be automated now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had many issues with SalesLoft. The only struggle I have is it gets confusing with editing templates and put them inside cadences. I never got a tutorial, so I trialed and errored everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team used to spend hours sending emails that never got responses. Now they can be automated and we can track the success of links and open rates. Leadership better knows what emails work best and which don't.

Great Tool for Cadences but lacks calling quality
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is great to find a structure in your daily doing. It allwows you to create cadences and tasks so that you can stay on top ov your pipeline. Also the sync with your CRM is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Foe me, Salesloft lacks in the Call quality. It happend quite a lot of times that the prospect on the other side did not properly hear me. Additionally, I often got kicked out of a call for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helpes giving structure and an overview of your calling to dos. So I can check salesloft every morning and see my tasks on whom to call right away which helps me prioritize.

- isn't possible to skip cadences, unpin notes or delete tasks if another person created them
- call tasks can't be pushed to the next day if the call wasn't conntected. It is only possible to complete or they will remain as overdue
- Not possible to manually make research steps or linkedin steps which are then displayed in reports. Those two touchpoints are only possible via cadence steps
- if you call someone via quick calling instead of cadence step it isn't possible to complete the cadence step afterwards
- call quality could be better

Boost your email performance with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I also love Salesloft's comprehensive contact record catalogue, which provides a bird's eye view of each relationship. It shows the emails sent through that channel, as well as email history from other applications such as Gmail or Outlook - all in one place I also like that I can customise my views based on criteria such as account name and owner. Not to mention, Salesloft allows me to easily link calls, tasks and team conversations to any contact record. It is an invaluable asset for tracking progress within my business cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning to use Salesloft can be intimidating at first. However, you'll soon become familiar with the platform's features and functionality. One issue I have when working with the dialer is the occasional connection failure, which forces me to turn to Zoom - a very time-consuming process as each call has to be manually logged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft, I'm saving time by having streamlined access to my CRM data. Automated emails, organised schedules and centralised communication make it easy for me to stay on top of tasks without sacrificing efficiency or effectiveness.

ability to track my meetings, mails, calls and gives enough data to make right decisions , which are revenue oriented

sometimes general performance is lagging and slow, the overall system suffers the impact and otherwise all managable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing day to day sales engagements and keeping track of the same is what it does for me. Digital selling tasks are simplied and half of my load is reduced, reminds me of the action plan regarding respective accounts

Ease of use. Campaign creation tool makes follow up easy.

I am overall happy with product but feel experience would be better if I had a sales support person to help me learn more about product.

Very little, it doesn't seem to offer anything more than hubspot.

Clunky, dialler is very tempermental, Email cadencing is horrible, too many click to perform tasks.
