What do you like best about the product?
I love the visibility and functinality! Salesloft helps me organize contact notes and allows me to be more successful with prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to manually create a bulk call task.

A good review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless it is to be within a profile and send them an email, call, or create a task; the possibilities are endless. It makes me able to do my job in a more efficient way
What do you dislike about the product?
The Linkedin integration lacks. I know that it is not necessarily always the CRM's fault, but it is finicky and having to send a request to someone through LinkedIn and having the requirement to include a message is pretty frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have access to see who is viewing the site and knowing which prospects are the more effective ones to contact has helped. My performance has improved b/c of salesloft

Super Easy to use, easy to train new employees, and does a TON of heavy lifting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple functions and features have taken time to be added to the program since first using it.

It helps us spend more time speaking with clients, and less time organizing our efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
That is linked to Salesforce due to you can send personalized emails to the leads that you have to work

I think that sometimes do not know everything about it gets complicated. To discover new tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fast-paced moving that you have to do at the moment of follow up leads that a customer already touched.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule out massive amounts of emails in a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's inaccurate. It will pull the wrong account from Salesforce and even when you try and fix it, it won't update for the future. Also, you can't select certain emails to send in bulk, it's always just the following emails in the list that salesloft arbitrarily puts together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send out massive amounts of emails with personalized details, like their name and company, fairly easy. I can also track my email performance through the analytics like open rates, reply rates etc.
Overall, Excellent Product (Few bugs, but likely will improve)
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access the open information, where they opened it, if they clicked on items, and being able to determine if the email was forwarded is unbelievably useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, the only thing I dislike is that it can be a bit finicky. With the attachment in Outlook, it does not always "Loft it!" (meaning send emails) like it is supposed to. Sometimes when you send emails in SalesLoft, it will say they are sent, but just send them to your drafts with no notification to let you know that it wasn't actually sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when someone has opened my emails allows me to know that people have received my information and are either not interested or I should circle back with them!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics. The reporting provides great insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin I am unable to view each individual SDR's home screen view. I am only able to see total activities due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing my team to stay focused and organized.
Great sales cadence / outreach tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple cadence solution. Support is good, they answer emails quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is certain functionality lacking that Outreach does have, these are minor things that I hope SL would implement such as marking a number incorrect in a different colour so you don't call it again (right now you have to delete the number) and being able to add account level notes that appear on each contact belonging to the same account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to put ptospects in a cadence and follow steps. Keeping track of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to coach reps, create cadences, do bulk emails, link to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection to Salesforce can be better. I also don't like that the Twilio partnership can lead to calls being marked as Spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our reps a single source to do outbound prospecting. Also provides us with activity tracking.
