Solid Sales Engagement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and intuitive to use. Wide range of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not automate note taking very well - ideally it would integrate into Salesforce to log out notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating the updating of lead status in salesforce with by connecting to Cadences e.g. when we add someone to a cadence it moves the lead to from Cold to Working in our CRM and when they exit it moves them to Nurture so marketing can add them to an auto campaign. This help recycle leads from Markering.
Very smart platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you have very good focus and methods to help keep people organised and scaled, but see con.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have overlooked some very basic steps that a person would typically need when either prospecting or going through the sales motion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me get more meetings
SalesLoft is a good tool with potential, but there is more space for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
The structure it offers and the overview that is given are easy to use, and it allows me to, on a daily basis, work with SalesLoft. The interface, furthermore, is easy to use and understand and the tool is easily implemented into my day-to-day activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes slow, especially when doing multiple tasks. Additionally, the three 'flames' give an indication of involvement, but do not clearly show what is happening with my outbound. However, SalesLoft does show some errors when integrating with for example SalesForce, which can cause confusion and/or miscommunication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is a superior tool compared to other tools that I have worked with in the past, in tracking, centralizaing and eas of use.
Salesloft: every account manager's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful for cold calls are the cadences. You add people to your cadence, and Salesloft will remind you every day which task you need to perform, and some of the tasks can be automated. Implementation and integration is a breeze. The introductory trainings were incredibly helpful. I use this every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor details to improve, for example, when an email is sent through Salesloft with an attachment, the attachment will not be visible after sending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a time saver. A lot of manual work in Salesforce is now gone.
I would recommend Salesloft and actually i did.

Automated workflows and opportunity to see if the lead has clicked or clicked a couple of times and it is a hot lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Reports of the cadences can be confusing.
-When adding contacts via CSV file to a cadence; even i select the cadence in advance and then we upluoad the file, it requires me to select the cadence again at the end of the upload.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out a lot of leads automatically with Salesloft and having the dahsboard of it anables me a bird's eye view.
Reliable sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation. Integration with Salesforce and automatic cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when someone calls and is not answered, Salesloft will continue to ring even if the caller has already dropped the call. The only way for me to stop Salesloft from ringing is to restart my PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solved the problem of tracking cadences. Whether you need to call or send an email to prospects, it's all automated.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the rhythm page and sidebar within Salesloft is well integrated and intuitive. I also love the live call studio and how calls are recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics page can make it difficult to find what I'm looking for at times. That or the data I would like to see isn't an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SalesLoft daily as my dialer and cadence platform. It allos me to establish cadences and intuitively shows me my tasks. Saves me time with outbounding and sending my manager calls I would like coaching on.

I like that it helps me stay organized in cadences and observe my productivity stats.

That I can't mark a text message as unread to get back to it later
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need for me to write out emails for every client. I can schedule them all to go out at the same time and have templates.
Easy to navigate, efficient to call
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Salesloft for about a year now and it has helped me reach a wide audience of prospects very easily and quickly. Only good tings to say so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, the analytics section is slow to render calling data.

Having clear steps within cadences and accessing them.
Informative and easy to track
What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking my outreach and creating cadances the most. The ease of integration and features. The customer support is good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is losing my calendar conneciton sometimes.

It solves a lot of my outreach issues and benefits me on email and calls.
