Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great tool that helps me in my current role.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I cannot get customers information transferred from salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of customers I visit , contact (call, email , share useful product information).
Salesloft puts salesforce usage on another level
What do you like best about the product?
everything you need if right there in front of you. If you require navigation, its stil as easy as a click!
What do you dislike about the product?
The movement of the information from salesloft to salesforces doesn't record where I need it to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of calling is its best benefit. Choosing a conact based on the number the call came in from is great, even when the person/# isn't already in salesloft. It didn't require training to figure out how to do it.
Great Product, Too Many Bugs

Super easy to keep track of information, user friendly; great analytics

Always have to redownload the google chrome extension because is buggy. Sometimes random things happen and it doesn't work

Cadences, this makes our life easier. Thanks to sales loft.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using sales loft more than 2-3 hours straight, it becomes slow and lags a lot, this really affects our productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales loft solves most of my problems like showing analytics of the work that we've done. The best part is that it helps us understand how many people opened our emails which is a great option, that is really important for us since we send pitch emails to our clients.
Salesloft > Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Slalesloft is very user-friendly and so easy to use. I have used Outreach at my last company as an AE and the number of calls I can make in a day using SalesLoft is exponentially more. Helping to get more done and build more of a pipeline. One of the key reasons I chose my company was because they use SalesLoft and using Outeach is a nightmare is comparison
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion calls won't log properly, and pages won't load but after a page refresh it usually resolves any of those minor issues. Not worth choosing another software company over Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlined workflow to easily get my day to day done and helping me to build a pipeline
Saleloft makes it a pleasure to stay on top of communication with clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know whether to call Salesloft a task organizer, a client information database, or a communication platform, but these are the things I love about Salesloft. I love the way cadences help me move through my tasks easily without losing track of anything. I love the way the phone feature immediately brings up a note field when I make a call, which allows me to instantly add relevant notes to the client's page. I am always grateful that the client's information is all present on the screen where I am making the call. Additionally, I love that Salesloft integrates with my email and my team's Salesforce. I am a huge fan of Salesloft, and I have no idea how I would do my job without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a feature that exists, but I haven't found it: I would like to be able to see a complete list of my clients that I have cadences on. The home screen "to do" list only includes people that have tasks due that day, and there's another place I can see a list of all of the clients with whom my team is interacting. If the feature I'm describing exists, perhaps it could be made easier to find?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me communicate seamlessly with my team about our many shared clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Two things are super helpful about Salesloft. The first is that I can use templates so I don't have to type every email from scratch. Second is the automated emails. Being able to send follow up emails without manually sending them is such a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I probably don't like about Salesloft is that the variation feature is nice to use, but it's frustrating that I need to upload my contacts into a cadence with that variation selected to have the ability to have them on the variation of a step. I would like to be able to switch contacts from one variation to another easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to track the emails that I've sent and their open, click, and reply rates. Also the follow up capabilities are great, not having to manually follow up on my email cadences to potential clients.
The most efficient tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how efficient Salesloft is. It's easy to use and saves me lots of time. I love how versatile it is when it comes to creating multiple cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the syncing of calendars is a bit difficult. I wish it could sync two calendars at once. For example, if two people need to meet with a client it would be great if SalesLoft could take both people's calendars and then give availabilities to the client based on both peoples schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that sales loft is solving for me is reaching out to multiple clients at once. The essence of my job as an SDR is to contact as many people possible and to set up meetings. Salesloft helps me tremendously with this.

I have been using SalesLoft for three years, and in that time, I have enjoyed utilizing it.
Very helpful to keep my cadences in order.

Change my name on the lead when I add cadence to my list if possible.
Also, It would help to have the email step cadence sent out instantly instead of an hour out.
