What do you like best about the product?
Task reminders and one click email and phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to use with Teams meetings and not get background noise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't seen any problems solved since we are fairly new to Salesloft.
Salesloft makes my job 100% better!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, when adding to cadences and keeping up to date on cadences. Very easy to navigate and make edits as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more synchronization between salesloft and salesforce, so if a contact is updated in either one it updates in the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to mass contacts with one message, that I can modify as needed.

Lot's of features and usable functionality for the cadence tool that allows a very tailored and customized approach when it comes to automated outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to move/edit cadence steps if there are prospects on it. Would be helpful to allow us to make changes as we see fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated outreach and engagement tracking make my sales role a lot easier
It's an intuitive platform. Very easy to navigate through.

How much access the platform has to reach your day to day metrics

it's constantly asking for star ratings on calls, could be distracting at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves customer needs. Help's with KPI's and tracking activity.

SL allows me to build cadences and be able to keep track of my book while automating the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been confusion between the various sales areas and the contacts found in the SL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time by being able to keep emails going out to customers without much work on my end.
Great platform, tweaks needed as with any other integration

It's very easy to use. Simple enough, easy to pull metrics and customize. Notifications are great too

Chrome extension doesn't always function properly

Staying well organized with my contacts and accounts that I am targeting.
Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy salesloft is to navigate. The tool where we can review our calls through the script is pretty neat and helpful when doing call reviews. It also automatically sets the next step for you if you get an automatic out of office reply which is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about salesloft is that sometimes the time zone is completely inaccurate and if I am working a ton of people in a cadence at a time, I usually forget about a few that are in the incorrect time zone and I miss my time slot to call them. The time zones are important to me because I work for the international team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I can think of.
Makes life easier prospecting and keeping current clients up to date
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to call, text, and email from Salesloft, email, or Salesforce. The ability to easily track communications with my clients is amazing. The ability to send out cadences around specific topics I am trying to push whether it is an expansion push or a new feature update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is pretty clunky. I do not like to text clients with my personal number (which can't be tracked) so I use the messaging feature on salesloft a lot. The app doesn't always update quickly and can sometimes close randomly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily tracking communicatins with clients. It allows my team and I to see who has opened and clicked on emails, as well as view if I have called or messaged a client recently.
Simple Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The way all of your meetings and cadences are available at a quick glance. Lets you create a daily/weekly plan in less than a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I see that is difficult but I may not know how to use the cadence fully yet is when attaching people to a cadence after you attach one person from an account you can only cc other contacts from the same account. Trying to set up meetings where there is more than one contact from the same account there is not a way to track the cadence from multiple contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the problem of building out your daily plan. It is helping to construct a routine and not break from it.

Salesloft is an asy-to-use platform. Breaks down my day in a step-by-step process
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbound calls don't show up on my dashboard. Can only answer on my cell. The ringing sound is impossible to turn off, so I need to restart my computer.

SalesLoft helps with organizational challenges. It helps me break down my prospecting cadences.
