What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to send emails--also being able to send emails to everyone on the account at 1 time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to import the contacts to salesloft in order to make a call or email. Not being able to change a disposition of your call once submitted--logg call/success call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any at this time.

i dislike that I can't transfer groups from one cadence to another

the problem salesloft is solving is allowing me to check if customers are viewing my emails and streamline my outreach to clients

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and visibility to the success of an email. Did they open it? Did you get a meeting? Great information on knowing what messaging is working for your clients and what is not. The sync to Outlook is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have not found a downside to this product - it's been all gravy. And trust me, when leadership brought me this software, my first response was, "No, not another software to log in and use!" They asked I give it a chance and I loved it almost immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in consistent good contact with your clients, Knowing the messaging that works and how it relates to booked meetings.

SalesLoft Deals has been a gamechanger

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using SalesLoft Deals, I was trying to use a report of all of my opportunities in SalesForce and having to open a new tab to view next steps for 30-40 deals. As a result, I was mostly always behind on non-urgent (but important) opportunities. After using SL Deals, I am consistently on top of all of my opportunities and it has led me to back to back record breaking quarters as an AE at my company. I'd recommend this if your sales reps have a lot of deals to manage at once as it will make them way more organized in their deal followup.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the deals software requires an administrator to set up certain parameters for their team. While this makes sense for new reps, for someone who has been doing this for a while and has their own way of doing things and hitting my numbers, I'd like more control over my specific instance of SL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue I had before using Salesloft was how disorganized my deal followup was and I could never see how often I reached out to an account or quickly know what my next steps were. With SL, I can see it all at a glance and cut out hours of tedious SFDC clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to
Update and change templates easily
Clone existing templates
Tag contacts and email templates
Schedule emails in advance (I work later hours so I can chose optimum times for emails to be delivered)
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling functionality is weird, I want to block off lunch time but can't seem to do that easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We weren't able to edit or add templates in SFDC anymore so it made that a lot easier. Also it solves a problem I had with reaching customers at appropriate times via email with my schedule with the email scheduling feature.

Phone numbers can get flagged as spam on occasion

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's great to be able to manage your emails at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of little annoyances that add up to an unpleasant user experience. For example: 1. you will update your contacts profile info and it doesn't save. 2. I wish that when adding people to a cadence, there was a way to further separate / differentiate people from different companies so I don't accidentally send them the same information 3. The font changes sporadically sometimes

Being able to manage emails for everyone I'm prospecting mostly

What do you like best about the product?
The guesswork is out. With cadences, I can put any customer on a targeted cadence to qualify and create opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting through Team and recording calls can be challenging since I use VoIP. Sometimes the customer can not hear me, or there is an echo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have a large book of business. It's easy to forget about a specific customer. Cadences solve that problem. It clearly outlines by call list and sales activity so that I can be precise with my intentions

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of connecting with prospects and engaging how active they are with my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes integrations with other platforms don't always talk as fluently as I like them to, but it's a rare occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound is a roll of the dice when it comes to prospects answering, Salesloft is making some changes and improved ai to track and adjust who engaging and moving them to the top of the list.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is so robust and allows me to keep track of exactly where I am during my sales pipeline while identifying future needs for clients
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about SalesLoft is how we import clients into cadences and overall commands. Sometimes I think the button would do one thing, and it takes me somewhere completely different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is allowing me to keep track of each of my email cadences with my current clients and if they have responded.
