Sales loft is an amazing CRM where in i can reach out to my leads with ease
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using sales oft for the last 12 months, which has been very useful in organizing my leads on the CRM.It have been able to do my followup with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls would not get connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has eased my daily follow-up activity, and i can organize my contacts .with slesloft i have been more productive and my performance to get meetings and sales has increased.
Super Cadence & Follow-up Application
What do you like best about the product?
I find it the best application to connect with customers through calls, email and sms. I have found the cadences extremely helpful as it helps me keep my follow-ups in check.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we find it difficult to connect with our customers through calls due to outages, which shows as if the calls are getting connected but it doesnot even without internet issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with customers and follow-up with them more effectively with the helps of tasks and cadences. Also i have been able to close deals with my customers on SMS whom i was not able to speak on phone
Perfect Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The reliability and the ease of use. Makes my life extremely easy and helps me focus on selling. Love how it tracks emails. Have not had a single dropped call or bad connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I do not have any downside to Salesloft. I have yet to find anything about the program that I do not like or that was better with a competing program. Hands down the best so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing everything together on one platform is amazing. Reliability is a big thing too. I no longer have to worry about my calls going through or how my customer will receive my communications
Intuitive and practical
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has several features for analysis and reports. Also, it is a valuable tool for decision-making and team performance review, since it allows you to track team and individual performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text via SMS option is hard to find or activate, and when it comes to incoming calls, it would be helpful if the lead profile opens automatically; sometimes, it takes some time.

The reminder of follow-ups, reporting in emails and cadences, and availability to make phone calls.

Best tool for making calls, view reports and accurate data. Effective Integration and importing from Salesforce. User friendly. The software is flawless and has a fantastic interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls will not go through. Need to logout and re-login or uninstall and reinstall plug-in. Otherwise Salesloft is world class and user friendly. Thank you

Cadences can be modified easily and update the latest one. Ontime call backs to customer as promised.Sales analytics and performance, Call tracking, Simple and user friendly.

The cadence feature is the best. Followed by the task reminder for the next call.

Salesloft has so many functions butno guide/tutorials available to explore all apps

What do you like best about the product?
Helps you in uploading all your leads to prospect and! Set cadences to pln an outreach and overall It helps you in streamlining the process. Which gives a structured outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in prticular as such. But sometimes there are glitches with the extension. There is room for improvement in creating cadences where they could suggest content based in the topic or purpose of outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is helping me control my CRM to reach out to my clients on a very strategic path. It shows real-time information on client interactions, proper alignment of time-controlled outreach, and helps me see the time spent on my client's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales loft can be very tedious and time consuming when personalizing information and making sure clients have a valued statement they can attach themselves to for better control
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving how I outreach to my clients on a more strategic timeline which is benefiting me to be able to have time control throughout my day so that I am not wasting time.

What do you like best about the product?
Email Tracking is what I have found most helpful to me with being able to contact my prospects in a timely manner. The best thing about this is contacting them when they are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of personalization if the company is creating all of my email templates. The way the tracking it does cause you to lose your creativity if your company decides to go that route.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve the problem of knowing when my client or prospect opens up my email and clicks the links that i send over. My business performance would increase if the company would let me use the personalization i would like.
