I love this layover enhancement that helps automate sales processes.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the added features such as tagging that add value
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many issues with calling through MS Teams - Echoes - we have work around solutions but the solutions aren't ideal and are causing issues for hundreds of workers on the sales floor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many features that are allowing to automate the sales process. The ability to be able to send mass emails to targeted customers is a definite value add.
Best Sales Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a simple and sleek tool that integrates well with Salesforce. They are working on integrations with HubSpot and I have used it wiht both CRM's and loved the results.
The reporting in App is amazing and the data they capture is so helpful to see what is working and what is not.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other CRM's would be nice. I have a hard time working with tools that are too Salesforce Specific. Some of SFDC's data structure is a mess (Leads and contacts for example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ssalesloft is making the ability to created a cadence of outreach that is optimized for 1 to 1 outreach at scale. It makes an outbound job into a click to log everything and capture the data, but making the user just execute the right steps.
Great platform for creating efficient cadences to set meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
- Cadences are super easy to create. Just input your email templates, calls, LI messages, and the day of each step.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Only thing I can think of is I wish you could see if someone's # is a direct line instead of just showing the #.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users to connect with more prospects efficiently. I can send more emails in a day than I could in a week, compared to manually typing and sending. It's directly led to more meetings booked and better visibility of my prospects.

I know who I am contacting, when, and how I rank within my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that it does not link up with my CRM and I am doing duplicate work to log in Tempworks AND Salesloft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, it keeps me in line. I thrive on working from lists and this give me a list to work on every day with the cadences, etc.

It is user-friendly and helpful in staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call reception is not always good, and sometimes I am not able to accept incoming calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if there's a way, but would be helpful to mass send emails in cadence so that you don't have to do it one by one. Other feedback would be to make it easier to mass skip or advance prospects through cadence on the UI, rather than having to go to the specific cadence and select the correct people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily identify prospects and load them into cadence, the automation piece makes life easy so that way you don't have to worry about timely follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
Much easier to use than using Salesforce. It's a very clean platform with lots of capabilities and it's sooo easy to use! I just love it so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can not integrate with Gong. Which is unhelpful in my sales role.

Not having to use Salesforce all the time.

Solid, user friendly, and intuiteve sales engagement platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a very easy-to-stand-up, easy-to-deploy and very user-friendly sales engagement platform. While the CRM we leverage internally is small and not directly integrated with Salesloft yet, it works well as a standalone platform for us to launch campaigns, create cadences and track the performance of each engagement and client.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesloft does have several direct integrations with CRM's, the one we have chosen currently isn't on the supported list. So there is no direct integration with Salesloft today. This may change in the future...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email campaigns and driving additional traffic to our web campaigns, sales campaigns and product updates. This has help our sales team reach scale where otherwise we would have had to add sales executives.
