SalesLoft - great interface
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft had a very User-friendly interface. With SalesLoft I've got fully control on my leads.

Best sales tool to increase productivity. Importing contacts and starting a cadence is easy here.
What do you like best about the product?
Monitor activities. Calls and Emails. Boosts productivity. Also, the open rate and reply rate for any mail we send.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, you can import contacts directly from Sales Navigator by using the export feature to download your contact list and then importing it into your desired platform.

I like how easy it is to use and very userfriendly. I am able to us cadences to make the sales process easy.

The dashboard and keeping track of cadences is easy.

the cadences have helped solve the sales process and keeping track of clients.
I love the Effectiveness and the Efficiency the tool brings.

The ability to build Cadences is fantastic; there is also the ability to create some automation. In addition, an analytics feature allows for measurement (open rates, etc.).

It does have to go through salesforce CRM, which is cumbersome.

Increases output - adds additional capability to reach more prospects more quickly!
Enhancing productivity and customer reach using Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating email templates and sending bulk emails at once, tracking the email status and getting to know how many times a propect has opened my email to know their level of interest has enabled me to increase my sales and productivity. I also love the cadences and the call facility available on Salealoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I have not found anything major disappointing about Salesloft. I like all of its features and hope it continues to amaze customers like me to better outreach propects and enhance our productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in dealing with multiple customers at once and it helps me in sending them emails and tracking its status and when a meeting happens on salesloft, we have the note taker and the recording to review the meeting later. I found it very beneficial. It helps in automating the process through cadences and timely emails and task reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform allows us to reach our market and decision-makers like never before. Giving us a repeatable process, consistent content and measurable results. Every point of contact we were assigned was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Plus, all the training options, video content and documentation allowed us to install rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't have any negative issues. Would like an Android app option.

Our business is in growth mode. We were looking to find a sales enablement platform that allowed us to engage in our local market. Our goal was to focus on our total addressable market. Deliver a consistent message with a multichannel approach. Within a few weeks, we could assess Salesloft and all its features. Within a month, purchase, gain access and implement into our production environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy, efficient and seamless integrations. Easy to manage and maintain the daily tasks and perfect for running small medium and large cadences. It is the best platform out of the numerous reviews I did when buying it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be a bit more detailed. The reports seem to give a high level of; sometimes I need the detail. Also, the online help is good, but getting support on the phone is hard.

Solving the problem of getting people into cadences and managing the administration of all steps, crm work and giving me the knowledge I need when reviewing my cadences
