A really feature rich solution

  • May 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like to ability to personalise at scale using templates and snippets allowing me to customise parts of emails easily for a more personal touch. The integration through Gmail even allows me to easily drop my availability into an email and book more meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first the options can be a little overwhelming which has put off some of my colleagues from using it. However, once time is invested (a week or so) to understand it, it's time well spent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problme of trying to do a lot with very little time. I can send mass emails to prospects and customers about things like webinars quickly whilst tailoring other conversations through the likes of LinkedIn also.

What do you like best about the product?
Email cadences and creating cadences. I think Salesloft is a great too to use if you are doing outreach in emails. I really really enjoy using salesloft, That is all I have to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like salesoft overall but one thing that gets on my nerves is the connection when calling,. I don;t like that it's hard to connect to the other line when calling folks,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they are tracking well and I think salesloft is solving the issues of bad connections when calling other prospects.

SalesLoft Review

What do you like best about the product?
I love insights to see what messages are the most impactful as well as the voicemail drop which allows for speed to market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of cadences but that is because my book is small. If you have 500+ accounts then it makes all the sense in the world to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for speed to market and keeps me neat, clean and organized.

Salesloft

What do you like best about the product?
- How easy it is to build a cadence
- How can our team copy each other cadence and collaborate
- The possibility of creating a 100% automatized cadence
- The integration with Salesforce is seamless
- As a manager, I love the analytics part and the coaching part so I can use data while coaching my reps

In short, Salesloft helped us improve our sales productivity by providing data on what is working on what is not working well so we can always adjust our outreach strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Would love for my Swedish reps to call via Salesloft, but the Salesloft phone number provider couldn't get a Swedish mobile number only a Landlane number which is not optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems:

We needed to shift reps' mindsets to drive stronger pipelines in all markets. To do this, it has to be super clear what process to follow and automation is key.
We need to increase our reach and the volume of leads contacted on a daily basis. To sell more and continue growing as a business

Benefits:

Our sales reps feel empower with a new tool that makes their daily life easier !
Our activity volume increased

Can easily keep track of emails sent and be scheduled as per convenience.

Auxiliary Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate with customers through the various channnels with high quality feedback and history registration, what haven't experienced with other programes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have specific thing that I dislike about Salesloft, but the only thing that I feel can be improved is the call response registration options to suit the different call situations people can face with their day-to-day calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Establishing a place where I can track my communication with my customers, build new connections channels, registering feedback, and planning the future strategies to be taken.

    Financial Services

It's good but feel it could be so much better.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is clean and understandable. I find the homepage super helpful for understanding not only what tasks I have but also the types of tasks, meaning when I come to my calling part of the day, I can easily see who I need to call (same with Linkedin and Emails).

Also, think there is a lot of potential from a managerial standpoint if used well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain things that would I feel are intuitive that I can't do:

I can't switch between cadences without constantly returning to the Cadence page.
I can't see how many emails I have scheduled over the next few days, meaning I don't know until the day if I'm hitting quota.
I used to get insights delivered through add-ons (think it was called Owler)... they disappeared

The big one for me is I can't personalise an entire cadence in one go. I do my research and have gathered all my information (which I want to then spread across the full cadence) but at that point, I can only personalise the email step I am on. That means I would need to go back into the cadence when the next step comes, find the prospect again, double-check any notes I made (meaning I essentially do the research again) and personalise that step. It's tedious...

I used to use Reply and I could personalise each step of a cadence in one go then click send and the cadence would do its work and I would move on to the next prospect. It's a much better feature and one I wish SL would have.

Also the Linkedin integration is pretty useless...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to do my job essentially. It's clear and easy to use for all channels and easy to teach new starters how to use, which I think is a big compliment to the UX team.
