What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send multiple emails and schedule emails to go out to my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It disconnects from our CRM too often. I know they are working on it but its a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see who is receiving my emails and the effectiveness is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable, and easy to dial, email, and build out cadences to share with your team. Call recordings, email opens, and analytics sections helps you see what works and what doesnt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not ALL calls are recorded- you cant cancel emails when sent out unless its immediate, Task/notifications are not helpful at all from my personal experience. more notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one SDR outbound outreach tool- As a user I do not need anything else to enable my outbound efforts and dial while working from a remote location. Love it
It definitely helps with lead and pipeline management
What do you like best about the product?
Without it, quite a few leads would slip through the cracks. It allows me to manage my leads and pipeline successfully, saving me hours of manual work I can dedicate to generating revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe this is a feature that does exist already, but I'm not able to disqualify leads in bulk. Having a wider view of their CTA message, company size and requirements (instead of having it lead by lead) would save me tons of time and manual effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before it, I was manually changing pipeline stages manually in Salesforce, adding my call notes in a notebook and creating calendar reminders to follow up with prospects on time. It didn't work and I would reach back out to them quite late, hence losing the momentum of the potential sale. This is a great tool.
Great Tool for Outreach and Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly design and easy to navigate. Salesloft helps make reaching out to my target accounts and contacts simple. I enjoy leveraging a cadence as a way to organize my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much about Salesloft that I dislike. If I were to be picky, sometimes not being able to edit the disposition or sentiment of a call after logging it could be a bit annoying. As an admin, I also run into issues creating a personal cadence for a user on the team. Wish I could create cadences that specific people are allowed access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is offering me a way to organize the leads I receive and perform outbound actions to help land a meeting and possibly a sale down the road.
Best tool of its type
What do you like best about the product?
I can pick up a sales cadence midstream without having to review notes. Much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The importing of contacts is limited and not as flexible as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting outreach efficiency. I use Sales Loft to increase the volume and velocity of my prospecting.
Overall a great user experience with some minor tweaks needed.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the user experience to be great. Navigating the dashboard is easy and intuitive, it hooks into Salesforce with ease, and the emphasis it puts on highlighting a lead that has viewed/clicked your email multiple times increases overall conversion. The ability to prerecord generic voicemails, and schedule individually when an email should go to a prospect are also features I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to throttle the amount of leads added to your cadence. We previously used outreach, which could load 500+ leads into a cadence and then set a throttle to start x amount per day. this helped with having the correct flow instead of immediately starting every lead on step 1, resulting in many overdue tasks. The plugin could be more intuitive, it feels random and chaotic how it jumps around to different steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows me to access and track all sales activity from one easy-to-use dashboard. By highlighting when a lead becomes a hot lead, when a lead is visiting the site, or has clicked on my email Salesloft allows me to increase the efficiency that I reach my potential customers. The platform is full of reports that are great to assess the health of our sales org which has been crucial recently.
Salesloft is a good tool to have but I feel like there could be improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
The data tracking is valuable, and I like seeing the live feed in real time. It helps assemble a mass number of prospects which saves time as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact's email or name has to be just suitable for searching them. SalesLoft should remove all postmaster email returns. I can't remove prospects from a report in a particular cadence in which I want to load them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes managing reports and emailing prospects fast and easy. Being able to build a cadence just the way I like is nice because I do not have to write the same email over and over. The analytivs from emails opened, clicks, to meetings booked is nice also because you can see which cadences work best. I like that Salesloft connects to my Google and SalesForce as well.
Salesloft for Efficiency & Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
Email templates with tracking, personal cadences, voicemail drops and dashboard reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to make sure to launch SL before SF. Sometimes go through extra steps to get the plug-in working but other than that no dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my inputs directly in Salesforce, building cadences and templates to boost consistency in my follow up, tracking which clients are viewing my content and what templates have a successful open and response rate.
Easily automates my day-to-day when doing outreach to my prospects and save much needed time.
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to create my own cadences and allowing for seamless automation with the steps I need in order to connect with my prospects. Also, I like taking a look at the statics portion to see how I'm tracking and what can be improved upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is that it sometimes has latency issues when calling as earlier when I was using this tool I ran into problems with stuttering and not being able to hear the prospect on the other end clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Salesloft is solving is being able to automate my workday and allowing me to reaching high volumes of outreach due to the nature of being an outbound rep.
