What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, templates, follow-up tools and the ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
Snippets and the add-on for gmail, sometimes is needed to uninstall the addon or restart the web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for reps. I've found SalesLoft is easier for reps to get used to than some of SalesLofts competitors. I also really like the new integration with AI that they just added.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many features as competitors (Outreach). Also, my first time using SalesLoft, I was not too fond of our account team. This time around that has been better, though. I'm also unsure what new features SalesLoft is working on to catch up to the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is helping our previously disorganized Inside Sales Team become organized. With a standard process that everybody now adheres to, plus the accountability that comes from using the SalesLoft platform, it's helped both reps and managers do their jobs better. It's also helped a lot with coaching. With SalesLoft, we touch more accounts more frequently and more productively.
So many benefits!
What do you like best about the product?
It offers so many solutions to my day-to-day tasks in sales. I can see when clients open my emails, click on links I sent, and get real-time notifications. There is excellent reporting, and easy-to-add email templates, and it integrates easily with SalesForce and Gmail, making my life and job easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an App for Android phones. It would also be nice that when a client calls me inbound, it will show up as a call through the app rather than just to my direct phone line- to help distinguish between work and personal calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me identify the most efficient and successful way to reach my customers, which in turn will help me be more efficient and exceed my sales targets
Salesloft helps organize my outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add contacts to different cadences. The creation of cadences is also very user-friendly and allows us to see what is working and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SalesLoft doesn't have a way to prioritize tasks, it just depends on what tasks are due that day. I dislike not knowing what needs to be touched first every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us solve the many tasks we need to take care of every day by providing a platform to organize those tasks and creating outreach through it. It benefits me because it makes sure I hit my KPIs

The templates section has helped send mass emails. This is great in reaching more customers.

Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is the first CRM that I have used. The onboarding was very easy and the integration into other apps is seamless. It allows you to be on top of your outreach on a step-by-step basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about SalesLoft is that it doesn't have the option to leverage linkedin messaging as a part of its cadences, just email. There are other platforms, like Lemlist, that offer this linkedin feature, but I believe that if salesloft adopted this capability combined with its analytics it would make this platform perfect for any sales individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
outreach analytics provides me with the feedback I need to identify what messaging across my team is successful with potential customers. I wish there was a more simple tagging process to gain visibility into what emails from what specific cadence team members are using, instead of having to label each step of a email cadence relative to the cadence title.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences and the ease of moving people around. It also provides me the ability to look at trends and help me to understand when are the best times to reach out to my prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more AI capabilities built into it at this point. The bread and butter functionalities that many other vendors have like generative AI could've been included
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me stay on track and make sure that I am following up on all my calls and emails. These are essential tasks that drive outcomes and I appreciate that there are a few ways to be reminded

Safe a time with the templates, e-mail MKT easy to manage, manage the leads and opportunities, find the information quicly
It is convenient to send an email for each cadence, and useful to know the open and click rates.

The ability to copy the content of the cadence and to know the click and open rates.

I would like to see it released in a localized language.
