Optimize Sales Outreach with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesloft's features that make automated sales processes easier. Being able to quickly send out a hundred or more messages with just one touch is incredible! Previously, I would have had less efficient solutions such as paying someone else to do the same work or spending my own time manually entering data into multiple channels and platforms. With Salesloft, I now have access to a wealth of information without having to go out and find it all myself - this has been incredibly beneficial in saving me time while also helping me better understand key trends within my profession/marketing category as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that the search capabilities on SalesLoft can be improved when it comes to finding specific industries for prospects. It would make a world of difference if SalesLoft had video tutorials or other resources that could guide users through creating industry-specific prospect lists in an efficient manner, as well as outlining whether it's better to create such lists within the platform or import them from programs like SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a salesperson, Salesloft helps me increase the effectiveness of my outbound conversations and activities. The templates they provide make it easy for me to quickly create personalized emails and ensure that I'm communicating with prospects in an efficient yet effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Building a cadence gets me to think out the market approach well and much of it is automated. It's built right into the CRM too for ease of use. I find the task reminders very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that emails are set up, I can't see a thread or search for colleagues to add as easily as in outlook but Salesloft is on outlook also so I suppose that's the workaround. Would be nice to have a better interface and capabilities for collaborate and holistic emailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task reminders, when to call back and when to email while having the notes from previous engagements all in one place is a very welcome experience. I also like the fact that I can include source code for professional looking emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface. It's easy to navigate. The screen is customizable as well. They have local dial capabilities as well as call recording. It keeps track of uploads. Cadences are easy to build and customize. I love the live call center.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very glitchy. It's time-consuming to upload a mass list. The person's profile isn't organized well. Requires some digging before calling. Multiple tabs have to be clicked to have a clear picture of past notes/activity. Poor reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft daily to make outbound calls and emails. I can listen to recordings of past calls. The email tracker gives me live updates on who is interacting with me. Cadences sped up my process and help me stay on track.
Great application to support oubound pipeline growth.

Ease of reaching multiple individuals with a single messaging cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying message cadences did not seem as intuitive as it could be.

Salesloft helps sales people to be more efficient and effective at their outreach. It streamlines the communications processes from one to many, making sales teams a lot more productive. It also enables scalable outreach and gives insights into what messaging is working and what is not.
Great way to stay organize and to never forget who you are talking with
What do you like best about the product?
The calls work very well compared to other similar products, and being able to keep a log of all of them (and of all the emails) is extremely convenient. The cadences are also very useful, although I think they could be made a bit more flexible and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for creating meetings is not great, especially when you want to invite multiple people. It doesn't allow for as much personalization in the invite as I would prefer (and as outlook or teams allow to do).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping me keeping track of my conversations, and to know when to call/email someone for my prospecting. In a way, I barely need to keep notes about my customers outside of it.

The fact we can do cadences and check if the customer has opened the email or clicked on it
What do you dislike about the product?
Tha fact that when some one calls back to us in that number, the customer page doent open itself and i have to ask the name of the person who calls.

It's convenient to keep in touch with multiple customers at once and not to get lost in the flow of opportunities

It's a bit clunky to get used to at first but the outlook integration made this +100 better

Keeps me on track with opportunities, helps me manage conversations, helps me track who actually read my mails

Salesloft is a great tool for staying in touch with customers, and staying on top of new prospects. it saves so much time, with not having to set reminders for things - it does all that work for you. the layout and design is super.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are no downsides of using salesloft

Salesloft solves the problem of having to set reminders, and keep physical track of customer/prospect engagements, which in turn makes me more productive in my role. it helps me keep track of my KPI's

The ease with which you can create a cadence and the precision of what the recipient is doing ie:opened, clicked...
What do you dislike about the product?
When I receive calls, and it doesn't tell me who is calling so I have to ask them who they are and pull up their information whislt the are waiting on the phone

It is helping know what approach works, which contents is most interacted with, the average time we wait before reaching out starts to get some return...
