Salesloft makes cold outreach easy
What do you like best about the product?
Building cadences in salesloft makes cold outreach extremely streamlined and easy. Using salesloft easily saves me several hours a week in preparing for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes salesloft does get glitchy, like many sales outreach dialing tools. That is the only part that can be frustrating when it is not working. Also sometimes the default cadences are pretty poor, but that may be my org's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft local dialer allows us to dial all over our territory with local numbers. We've found that our prospects are much more likely to answer cold calls from local numbers and we've noticed that this has increased our pick up rate.

The follow up feature and the rescheduling of a cadence feature to a later date

Sometimes the call quality could be better

Salesloft helps me reach out to inbound and outbound prospects and hit them with multiple touch points which would be impossible to keep organized if i didnt have it

Salesloft helps create consistent sales engagement and dialogue with your sales prospects and generates high levels of sales opportunities

Salesloft can become overwhelming when not managed properly and consistently.

We are generating more sales opportunities using Salesloft

It's simple and fast. Helps me make more calls and reach out to a lot of prospects.

Dialpad should have been more interactive.

It's easier to add contacts in it and make a large number of calls in a short time
Using Salesloft for cadences and good follow up
What do you like best about the product?
In the beginning found it a bit difficult to use, but when you know how it works it's a great and easy to use tool in the daily workflow.

I don't have that much things I can think off that doesn't work well for me.

The cadance I like a lot, easy to follow and nice to see who opened emails.
It makes prospecting so much more fun

Once I get pass creating cadences and importing contacts, managing cadences is the part I enjoy the most.

Not easy to import many contacts at once especially when dealing with large databases

It is easy to break cadences when you need to make extra calls, send extra emails, or skip stages.
Cadences are easy to set up and modify, and is flexible enough to apply to an organisation whether or not they are driven by activity or highly strategic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like all organisations, our salesforce setup has many custom fields. Salesloft struggles to convey that information, or to do it in a way that is as easy to access as standard fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating many manual processes in sales activity. Easier to work in different locations and the ability to easily review sales calls. We spend more time doing roductive work by using Salesloft.

- I love the import email template feature through gmail
- I like that you can alter what step to start on in a cadence if you need to
- It's super easy to find and listen back to previous calls

What do you dislike about the product?
My feedback was given as overall it is an extremely helpful platform! The only reason I gave it an 8 would be for:
- the delay in emails being sent (as in you cannot move on to the next step of the cadence until the email has cleared which can sometimes take a good few minutes)
-if a client of ours has the same contact and multiple businesses, I have found in some instances you cannot create another profile, so you have to use the profile with the incorrect business name and alter the cadences appropriately
-there is no option to view all open tasks/cadences (so you need to search the client specifically if you need to alter dates or anything etc, it would be helpful if there was a tab so you could see all upcoming events, and not just todays (I know you can see ahead for meetings scheduled, but I do not believe there is an option to view cadences/tasks in full)
- the do not contact tag, I understand if clients do not want to be contacted regarding sales info etc so you can't add them to a cadence, however you should still be able to manually send an email to that client through Salesloft
- it would be handy if you could conference call or add people to the call on Salesloft

Sales Loft makes my professional life pretty smooth and productive.
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, and everything in one window, calls, messages and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, for me its like a perfect tool.

It provides me everything under one window.
