Track Prospects with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Salesloft provides an easy system for tracking prospects. This feature has been great in notifying me immediately when any of my clients open or click on the links I send them. If this technology were adopted by our competitors, it would be revolutionary compared to other platforms used to track and display notifications. The ability to automatically register emails and monitor activity is extremely reliable - overall, Salesloft is a cut above the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the messages can be misleading and that my managers have difficulty understanding Salesloft's analytics page. In addition, the transition from Hubspot to Salesloft is challenging due to the different report formats. Also, creating multiple spreadsheets to present data on key performance indicators takes too much of our time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has greatly improved my efficiency when it comes to prospecting. By employing cadence and email templates, I no longer have to manually track follow-ups or send reminders to clients - tasks that would otherwise take up a significant amount of my day.
Great Sales Cadence Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft was one of the first email cadence tools my team used. They continue to make solid improvements on their solution and listen to their customer's feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stick to what you know, email cadence and automation. Why do I say this? Because you're risking becoming a jack of all trades master of none as you branch out the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For entry-level Account executives and business development representatives, SalesLoft is a great tool because it allows sales leadership and marketing to guide a lot of the messaging and timing of that messaging, but also empowers end users to make edits as they see fit.
Good software for a personalized prospection
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most about SalesLoft is the fact that it centralizes the CRM with the prospection tool so that you don't have to acquire a different platform for doing the prospection and managing your client database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Salesloft is that they do not offer a research tool such as Apollo, so you manually import the leads from somewhere. This makes the process a little slow and not very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving the problem of having many different platforms to manage the leads, contacts, accounts and pipeline that you have, as well as the tool itself to be able to do email and call prospecting.
Efficient outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are easily built & personalized
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't create lists of people to easily switch between cadences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing outreach and tracking analytics on outbound activity
I wouldn't want to be in sales without Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organize my day. I'm a person who can get distracted by people who need help, but when I use Salesloft I know exactly what I need to do in the course of a day, and I can move through those tasks swiftly. The dashboards and email functions allowed me to touch far more customers than Salesforce alone. I was part of the 3M layoff in April, and I was rehired by a different division. However, when I was briefly interviewing with other companies, I asked if they had Salesloft or a software similar to it, or if they would be open to considering it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the software blockers people use don't always give an accurate reflection of view rates, but that is my only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily organization and time management. I wish I had this tool ten years ago. Salesloft made me far more efficient with my time and calling objectives. I know where to put my efforts, and when to move along when it came to leads. It also helped me not miss customers and do all of the required follow-up.
Great crm
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to manage cadences and very flexible to send emails and make calls from
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a slightly more assistive email tool that builds a message. Currently it messes up too frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track customers responses and when my emails are opened. So I know who yo call and keep track of over the day.
Making your customers see you
What do you like best about the product?
The chance to create personalized templates and reach out to more customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The open rates are not really high. I wish was a way to know if my emails are going to spam or trash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making white space account customers to know more about our offers,
I enjoy the features and structure of Salesloft, could be narrowed down but plenty of potential.
What do you like best about the product?
The form-fills and structure are nice. It makes daily prospecting activities more efficient, and the data received is valuable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still believe there is a lot of different things going on, sometimes too much to really efficiently use all of the features. The cadences if you really want to build your own are too intricate, I think the platform really needs to start building in many vertical templates that can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe it really excels when it comes to prospecting emails, that is where I really put it to use. I can save templates and retrieve email analytics and stay on a strict schedule for cold emailing. It's also very easy for me to add new contacts to prospect accounts and start engaging them quickly which is nice. I think next step will be to start building out vertical cadences, so I can start quickly engaging businesses within specific industries and make them very personalized to include success stories within the same industry.
I use Salesloft every day, and have the stats to show why I am winning!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the data it provided, along with when customers are seeing your emails too, along with being able to go back and hear your conversations, etc. to improve overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly; it has all the integrations that could be successful here in sales. You have to get it all customized how you want it, but other than that, it operates as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with overall letting again me see where people are looking at my emails, and overall how many meetings I schedule along with activity based on my accounts.
